The location is a little bit odd as it is in what feels like should be business offices (see video), but there is plenty of parking and this location unlike most pet stores is focused solely on tank life! I absolutely love that because you're gonna get higher quality, fish and supplies. Of course, they have freshwater and saltwater options available. Their selection of fish and supplies as well as rare things like axolotl and garden eels... is fantastic! The prices are very fair and the staff are helpful and knowledgeable. They provide you with instructions if it's your first time purchasing from them so that your fish can have an easy transition to your tank. I noticed on the receipt it said no refunds and no guarantee where most of the bigger chain, pet stores allow for a refund within a certain time frame. Even so, this is definitely my new place to go to for fish and supplies and if I should ever need a new tank. A bonus... They're open seven days a week!

Staff offered a furminator brush to use before to help get hair off of Echo before we started his bath. Shampoo/conditioner were provided, along with brushes, towels, and other tools. After his bath, Echo was given a treat since he was so well behaved. I'm sure we'll be back when he's ready for another bath and we have time to give him one! Haha!

Many reviews here are over 2 years old with "5 star" ratings being newer so I thought to update yelp and include mine that had occurred over the past 5 months. All the below "negative " reviews describe my similar experience: Spent 3 hours waiting. Saw the doctor 3 minutes. Had miscommunication with what staff and doctor prescribed... was talked down to about holistic care by staff ( I'm an herbalist), the office was so chaotic I saw so many stressed animals in cages, receptionist was beyond rude, forgetful, couldn't work the computer ( because I don't want to be fully awful I will not state her name.) I paid almost $300 for the visit, annoyed, hangry and with a screaming kitten that had been terrified the entire time! But I thought to be patient, try again. I never got my lab scan results , had to call. Took over 2 months. They wanted to charge me more $$$ to get an explanation of the results with a follow up visit. In all this time I got deployed to Mississippi so I asked to schedule on a day that I could drive back for a follow up ( because this is how much I love my cat and wanted a holistic approach / vet to hear me out and assist me). They canceled my appointment out of the blue the day before with a email stating ---not asking-- that my appointment was now going to be on a zoom call for 10 minutes on a day I WAS NOT AVAILABLE AFTER I WAS VERY CLEAR of my schedule limitations AND that email was the worst way to contact me due to my immediate work AND that I wouldn't be checking personal email very often due to so many spam emails and the nature of my work. All this was found out after I drove 3 hours to accommodate the set scheduled appointment. There was no follow up. I called and requested Information on resources we had previously discussed and to reschedule: I never got a call back. I called once again and the receptionist I spoke with denied our conversation about my questions or comments on unavailability...Yep classic unprofessionalism and again inept customer service! My anger continues to linger... how ironic ...when I sought what I solely believe in as holistic to avoid the standard care of conventional care... has left me with toxic residual feelings that drive this review! So all you out there: SAVE YOUR MONEY AND MENTAL HEALTH! Believe me....there are other people out there with solid intentions for holistic pet care and professional relationships . At this point one would be better off researching on on their own and seek better help that this office. I will leave you with this last comment. I have two cats. My intention was first to bring my rescue kitten in to start her routines fresh. My other cat has needed attention that "regular " vets don't offer. Her behavior was concerning me and I wanted to do a bio scan and consultation with Dr Natalie. I had mentioned this to the nameless receptionist. After my first painful visit I asked her if I brought my other cat, should I expect such a long wait? And went on to explain my urgency and protectiveness to shield my cat from a long wait and stressful environment. Her response was " if you want faster results then I suggest you take your cat to a "regular" vet" I didn't catch the pun that she unintentionally said. But now I see the light. So sorry Dr Natalie and staff but your office and my experience was far more damaging to me than you are either are clueless about or just simply don't care past the handful of pets you may have helped... and benefit from the $$$$ many of us have paid with minimal results and 2 minutes of your alleged wisdom.

Do you realize that this IS a pet store? It's GOING to smell. If it didn't smell at all, I would be concerned. Secondly--the heat. YES it's hot in there. It's hot in there for the animals purpose. If you are going in there, surely you have knowledge of reptiles and some fish. They require warmth. With as many heat lamps as these folks have, of course it's going to be fairly warm. Suck it up. Thirdly, the care of the animals. I read several talking about "subpar care" and "horrible living conditions." I would like to address this specifically-- A LOT of the animals in there are SURRENDERED in those conditions TO THE STORE. Imagine finding a rescued animal in bad shape, and you go and give it to them. It's not going to magically revive it's health and feel better. GIVE THEM A BREAK. Most of these reviews seem like they are from people who actually don't know a thing about rescue, surrender, or animals in general. Granted, there are a few things that need to change. Maybe it could be a tad cleaner, but I also try to give them grace that they are indeed trying to keep hundreds of animals alive. Seth was AWESOME. He was so genuinely kind, sweet and friendly. My son asked him several questions and the patience he showed my very inquisitive 8 year old was honestly so sweet and kind. Of course, I'll be back.
