My dog and I both have separation anxiety and I'm pretty picky when it comes to his grooming. I usually groom him myself but needed it to get done professionally. Kat was so nice. She was so caring and attentive when I was telling her about my preferences and about my dog. I could tell that she was going to be kind to him and treat him well. His groom looks great. The prices are pretty fair. It was around $80 total after tax and tip. This included his haircut, bath and blow dry, and his nails getting filed. It took around 4 1/2 hours but it was also his first time coming here. They do seem to book out pretty far in advance. Overall I'm happy and relieved as I have had poor experiences at other places. I will definitely return to get my boy groomed by Kat.

My family and I touched and played with the kittens through the cage, as any person would. About 5 minutes after touching and playing with the kittens, the store employee advised us that the kittens have ringworm. I am very concerned that my family and pets will end up with ringworm now as it is very contagious. There was no sign or anything on the cage to warn people to not tough these cats or that they have ringworm. I can't understand why a pet store would have cats out in the open for public to touch/pet that have ringworm! The employees couldn't have cared less either.

We were never informed that there was an expiration date to using the doggy daycare.. They said the dogs would have to go through a whole other orientation and that they would NOT honor the money we spent on the daycare packages we purchased since it was over a year. Frankly I was shocked at their response. What the hell? What kind of customer service is this? What kind of company would not honor money that was spent in good faith for THEIR programs... Sure, I understand the need to reevaluate the dog since it's been a year, but not honor the money we spent? We will never do business with these guys again.
