if zero stars was available, I'd choose that. And I'm usually generous with my reviews! Me and my roommate lived nearby and decided to get our nails done. And they charged us way too much for simple short and bad nails! They would talk about us, not knowing I spoke their language. I'm so dissatisfied and disappointed.

I am truly torn with writing this review. The person doing my nails was truly kind and made the experience comfortable. However, when it came to her work she falls short. I have short nails and toe nails so she kept pushing in her nail file and clipping away. I pulled back a few times and let her know it did hurt. She would stop for a bit then return again back at it till a point she made me bleed from two toes. She clipped to much.

I came here yesterday because a coworker suggested that this place was amazing for their nails! and boy was she right! This place is AMAZING! I showed them a picture of what I wanted and I got exactly what I wanted! I will definitely be returning! 10/10!

I cannot get over how gorgeous my nails turned out to be. I went in there for a full set and a pedicure and I have to say the full set was a little bit time consuming but well worth it. it looks even better than the pic I had brought in as a reference. He was so detailed and just overall great nails done by the male nail technician OMG I love them!

I walked in at 10:30 , no appointment and it was pretty busy and they still managed to squeeze me in . Definitely make a reservation next time . My guy I got was very nice and delicate with my hands. I was a little worried that what I wanted was going to be too complicated but they excited my expectations and left my hands looking absolutely gorgeous. Definitely recommend this place , it's very nice and well air conditioned inside . The manager also reassured me if anything happens with the nails , they would be more than happy to fix it . I walked out at about 1:30? So definitely make an appointment, this is a hot spot

After my first appointment I immediately loved this place. Jenny took her time to clean my cuticle and prepare my nails for acrylics. There is a good selection of polishes. Overall, the quality of my nails are amazing!

**DO NOT RECOMMEND** Terrible service and work. The guy there working left for 25 minutes with my nails not finished. Someone else finished my nails and I didn't add polish because just this took almost 2 hours. Charged $25 for terrible acrylic overlay. The lady that finished my acrylics made a lady wait 20 minutes to pay after her nails were done.

By far the best pedicure experience I've had in this area.Walked in on a Friday around 2pm. Male nail tech greeted me right away. No wait. The shop was very nice & clean. $15 for a spa pedicure, nail polish selection was ok.I would have liked to soak my feel a little longer. Only reason I'm giving full 5 stars is because I'm 6 1/2 months pregnant and most people are ridiculously rough with me. He was super gentle and didn't make me feel uncomfortable by insisting that I need callus removal treatment. Thank you Hollywood Hair & Nails Spa, will be returning soon.
