The absolute worst nails I've ever had! Git them on a Friday and by Sunday two nails fell off! Went to get them fixed. She did a complete fill. She drilled so hard it was burning and when I complained of pain she ignored me. 3 days later another nail fell off!! I heard other customers complaining of the same thing too. I walked in at 10:30 , no appointment and it was pretty busy and they still managed to squeeze me in . Definitely make a reservation next time . My guy I got was very nice and delicate with my hands. I was a little worried that what I wanted was going to be too complicated but they excited my expectations and left my hands looking absolutely gorgeous. Was glad to see new ownership here. However the prices continue to rise every time I go here. Just about 3-4 weeks ago I tried the dip powder with a manicure and it was $35. I was there today and got the exact same thing and it was $40. I was told that the extra $5 was because they cut my cuticles even though that was also done the previous time. I'm not sure if it's just me but I was always under the impression that cutting the cuticles is part of the manicure. I may be looking for a new nail salon because I'm not going to keep having the prices raised on me each time. I'm giving only 2 stars because of the prices always going up. read more

I went here with my cousins today. I had my feet sitting in the water for 30 minutes before anyone came to attend to me. I had to tell them the water was cold before they would even come. The nail tech finally came and she was so slow but I was okay with that as long as she did a decent job. She painted my nails and everything was fine until she came to put the courtesy sandals on. My feet are swollen because I am 6 months pregnant and struggling with Pre-eclampsia. She and another tech were laughing at me. I just shrugged it off and still tipped her. I got home and noticed there is lint stuck to my toes. I touched my nails and they are sticky. She put gel on my toes and didn't use the uv lamp. The lady who did my gel manicure did an awesome job! Honestly very unprofessional I don't want to sound like a Karen but they don't know how to manage their time and they lie .... They said they weren't taking appointments and when I went in and asked for a specific lady they said she wouldn't be able to because she has an appointment??? But when I called they said they weren't doing appointments so it doesn't add up. And some of their staff are always in a hurry and your nails come out uneven or you have little bubbles on you nails . His coworkers performed a flawless pedicure and full set in the time it took him to just get the acrylic on for the my full set.
