If I could give zero stars I would $200 spent on myself and my two children as a mom and kids date - all of our nails snapped off the same day and upon return was told no assistance or make it right would be done. I was nervous to try this place as I am new in town and after reading so many reviews on both Google and yelp I was hesitant of every place I tried. Today I went in for a pedicure and full set. The pedicure was goo; not horrible but more so just average. The girl did a good job with the color and care. The only thing I wasn't thrilled about was her trying to continuously get me to upgrade to a spa pedicure ( more $) after I told her a million times NO. As for the full set I didn't get what I wanted. I always get acrylics but the guy told me they only offered gel. While his work was good it wasn't what I am used to. I noticed that their board at the front of the store however did offer full sets so I wasn't happy that he pretty much gave me a more expensive service. Overall I would come back but I am curious to try some other nail salons in town first before I come back to this one. read more

Can't give them 5 stars because I wasn't thrilled, but on the other hand, I wasn't disappointed. This is a typical Asian-run establishment where there are clearly roles among employees and no filter on speaking their own language loudly while rendering nail services to customers. Some might be annoyed or agitated- but it's what I expected. Pedicures start at $25 - don't expect thrills. Prices went up to $45 for extra treatments. I recall around 6 nail stations. Three employees working (between surfing facebook on their laptops). The owner was "out of the country" for 2 more months- unavailable for complaints or questioning. Clean, open environment. Newer place right near the movie theater and food/ice cream. Might return. Might not. Seemed safe. read more

I came in a few weeks ago with two friends for pedicures. They tried multiple times as we were in the chairs to convince us to get a more involved treatment (i.e.: more expensive) than the standard pedicure. The man who I had was all smiles until I politely declined and just wanted a regular pedicure. He had an attitude the whole time as if he was annoyed to be doing his job and rushed through the pedicure. It was a very rushed job with someone who again seemed annoyed as if I was wasting his time. We paid and left and I didn't leave him a tip which I never do. I always leave some type of tip even if the service is not great but this guy literally did the bare minimum which to me warranted no extra tip. I will be going to other establishments in the future based on that. read more

Second time here. Got an acrylic full set. I wanted coffin nails and long nails cost $30. Short nails $25. I wasn't too impressed with them. My pedicure came out great but my nails I would rate a 6 out of a 10 scale. My coffin nails look almost like a big pointy almond shape. I came into this establishment on a "busy" Saturday afternoon and there were not very many customers. Definitely check out different nail salons. read more

Came here prior to attending a military ball for a simple French manicure. I've had my nails done many times and my experience is that when you ask for a French manicure you get the same thing everywhere you go...not here. I asked for a fullest gel French manicure. I received a fullest acrylic manicure and it is one of the worst manicures I've ever received. There was a very strong language barrier issue and none of the employees were able to understand what I was repeatedly asking for. Also has trouble with my pedicure. They didn't seem to understand I was having difficulty deciding between two colors and wanted a single nail painted in each color to help me decide. Recommend avoiding this place and finding somewhere else. Not worth the time or money. read more

Very friendly greeting upon arrival, but that's about all they do nice there. If you want to pay the same price for disappointment, this is the place to go. The man doing my nails had no idea what popular nail shapes are. I asked for a simple design which was yet again a disappointment, followed by him smearing it and asking if I would like him to re-do it. I simply had him take it off. He then dabbed one of my wet nails with his hand by accident, and instead of removing the polish, he just added more to give it a lumpy effect. I could tell he was getting frustrated. Next, I got charged for gel polish when he did not use it. I went there because it was closer to my house, but next time I will suck up the extra 10 minute drive and go somewhere I know I will walk out of happy. read more

First off this is called Angel Nails now. Service was good, they were friendly and my nails came out good, but they lost points with me because normally when I have my nails taken off to get a full set at any other place I've been to, they soak my nails before taking them off. This guy didn't. He dug in with the edge of an artificial nail to get them off and that shit hurt. My fingers were still a little sore when I left. So of course he got no tip and I won't be going back here. Also they have designs on like three or four hands figures and it jus so happened that the one I picked out they only had half of what they needed to do it so I had to settle for something else so I could jus get out of there. If every other salon wasn't so busy on Saturday I would have jus walked out and went somewhere else. Won't be back. read more

This place is nothing like a hollywood spa. First they keep trying to upsell you on other service by using the compliment and insult tactic. For ex they told me i have great nails but my feet are very rough and i should upgrade to the $38 pedicre. Uhm no. Also they walk you straight to the spa, so if you want just a normal pedicure you gotta ask for it. While my manicure was getting done the lady kept insisting I get the upgrade of the polish becuase my nails wont make it past 5 days!! Really I grow out my own nails, and that was pretty absurd. All in all I got charged $46 for my own nails normal manicure and pedicure. They payment machine they use is also faulty the lady ran my debit card and gave it back to me saying "dont work" I said thats not right well maybe because its debit so I gave her my credit card she said again while she was on a personal call "don't work" very insulting and rude, I told her to look at the machine and try again and oh duh it worked!! Just not worth the price at all. Ill be in search of a better salon. Never coming back to this spot. ' read more

Went in early, one man there, the boss, had nails put on and he was on his phone the whole time, never said but 2 words, color and 40.00. Nails looked like crap.. when I drive by I wondered why there's no one there.. now I know, the boss in number one chair needs to go...it's called angel nails now. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! Your personal safety is at risk. The 3 employees did nothing and would not fulfill my multiple requests to call 911 after an out of control customer literally had me trapped in my chair threatening to physically harm me. I came to get a pedicure with three other girls, two of which were also getting a pedicure. They both got a pedicure immediately while I had to sit and wait which wasn't a big deal. They both finished their pedicures and went to getting a manicure. I sat with my feet in water waiting for someone to come back and start mine, it was over 40 minutes with no acknowledgement besides telling me what chair to sit at when we first arrived. So I got up and put my shoes on because I had decided I no longer wanted one, when I also saw that they weren't going to clean the tubs between pedicure clients. Two other people came and sat in the exact chairs my friends were at without ever cleaning. All the workers did was say "sorry" and asked after an hour if I wanted to finish getting my pedicure. To say I am highly upset and will never return is a definite understatement. Poor customer service is one thing, but poor hygiene is unacceptable!!!! read more
