I have came here one time in the past and they did an amazing job. That was 2019 & I did spend like 80 on acrylics. I came here to get a fill in and it came to around 70$ for a fill in. I got charged extra because they cut down my nails. They do a good job but charge extra where they can. read more

I had Kevin for my pedicure and I couldn't have walked out happier. I got a basic pedicure, which included cuticle trimming, nail shaping, callus removing, a lotion massage, a hot towel, and the polish! "Basic pedicure" is an understatement! I got gel french tips with acrylic and they turned out great despite me not having much nail to work with. I had two broken nails, which he perfectly fixed with acrylic. I've been going to them for a few months because their prices are reasonable, compared to other places & nail techs in small salons. My most recent visit will be my last visit. The creativity isn't there. I will show a picture & I always end up getting a design or color that looks bad. I can't keep wasting my money on services that I'm not satisfied with. Cathy/Kathy lied to my mom, stating she would give her a free pedi and mani after she assaulted another employee that worked at the shop Serenity Nails the day before. The police were called and she told us to come back the next day to Angel Nails where she would be working and that she would do the service for free, however she lied and charged her full price. I had heard mixed reviews about the salon by word of mouth but figured I would give it a try. First of all let me say everyone that worked there was very friendly BUT the work was subpar. I noticed when the nail tech started on my nails that they used a different technique than what the other salon I visited does. Then I noticed that several of my nails were lumpy. I didn't say anything because I assumed they would try to fix it. The man dipped my nails in clear powder and then continued to until my nails were too thick. I was then handed off to another technician, she had to buff down my nails that were discolored because of the clear dip. They looked ok in the store but upon going outside and inspecting it was clear that they were not great. This being said this could have just been my experience but I won't be going back. If I could rate this a -10 star I would. This place is terrible. To start off with, the staff is terrible rude. For the record I have came and had my nails done here before and it was a ok experience weren't to bad. I asked for a gift certificate to this place for Christmas to come and get a pedicure and let's just saw it was TERRIBLE. they literally didn't even give me the option to get anything other than gel which was a 15 dollar up charge that they did not tell me about until I left. I also asked him to clean up the edges and he literally looked at me and said no they look ok. I have never had such a terrible experience getting a pedicure in my life and I've had many many pedicures. Can't wait for the day this place closes down cause it's time is going to come soon at this rate. read more

Walked in and was greeted by some young man laying on a couch watching movies on his iPad. He stated someone would be with us shortly. 4-5 mins later a lady comes out and asks what she can so for me. I told her I I scheduled an appointment in January for a full set and pedicure. I informed the lady that I had a gift certificate that was purchased for me. She instantly told me that they wouldn't except it due to a new owner. She then changed her mind and said okay, I'll do it for you. After I sat down and got part of my nails done, she told me I would have to pay the $60 and then the owner would refund me. I asked why I would have to pay and she stated that she didnt want the owner to take money from her check. She proceeded to provide me the number for the owner for me to call. I called and he stated that he would accept the gift certificate. I opted for simple white french tips and simple pedicure. Once it was finished, she told me I owed her $10 due to the French tips co sting more. I asked her to see a price list before she did the pedicure and she stated that they did not have one. There were no signs or brochures with prices. She then proceeded to tell me a pedicure was $45. I told her there was no way since the gift certificate was for a full set and pedicure (clearly written on the certificate). She stated she would give me a discount and would only charge me $30. After it was all said and done, I sent $75 there total. She didnt fill my nails fully and left the sides undone. I will not be returning. read more

Actual work is ok, mostly. However Saturday scheduling is terrible. I make early morning appointments so I don't have to wait and inside traffic is light. Called and asked what time they opened on Saturday. Was told 9:30 so made appt for 9:30 AM. Arrived at 9:30 to discover the door schedule said 9:00 AM and there was already 3 people inside being served. I was initially told they'd be with me in a few minutes. After 20-25 minutes was told the lady supposed to take care of me didn't show up and wasn't answering her phone. I gave up and left. Not sure I can go back. The last time I was there the lady (same?) was ~15 minutes late. read more

I went in for a pedicure. I wear gel polish on my toes. The top layer of the gel polish is supposed to be drilled off then the remaining is soaked off. The guy proceeded to drill all of the polish off. I asked for him to soak it off. He rudely storms away and asked someone else to do my nails. The lady comes and I asked her why did he storm off like that. I didn't ask for anything abnormal. She ignores me and begins DOING THE EXACT SAME THING! It was worse this time. She was using a METAL drill bit on my NATURAL NAIL! That is extremely harmful. I left immediately. DO NOT GO HERE! They do not follow state board guidelines. They also have no respect for their customers. I asked for my polish to be soaked off because that's how it's supposed to be done! I will be reporting them to the state board. A metal drill bit should NEVER be used on your natural nail. Do not spend your money somewhere where they do not make the health of your nails the #1 PRIORITY! read more
