After letting him know what kind of problem we had, he said he'd work on it on Monday and allowed us to stay in his shop's driveway until then. The repair was done on Wednesday, but we didn't drive it until Friday as we wanted the roofing cement to be cured completely. We took a water hose up on the roof to see if there were any leaks, my wife and I were inside, and there weren't any. I strongly recommend Lorenson Industries. I went to pick up the car and he said the brakes look good. I knew there was a leak and the bleeder screw for one of the calipers were broke. Yet the brakes look good. We asked why this problem had not be caught when the tune up was completed. Additionally, we had no problems with the lifter before being serviced here. The mechanic could not tell us who worked on the vehicle, nor why the problem was not pointed out. We paid around a $1000 for the tune up, and now we are forced to pay an additional $2000+ for a problem that was never one to begin with. I am extremely disappointed with the answers we received and service. I took my vehicle in for routine maintenance and it came back with an even bigger problem.
