She walked us through picking out materials and coordinating looks and colors. The builders and carpenters were incredibly kind to our family, graciously interacting with us, our kids, and our ridiculous dog - we felt so comfortable having them in our home. They went above and beyond to keep our house livable during the project, cleaning up each day when they finished, installing temporary doors so we could move around the house with ease, and even installing a temporary sink so that we could have running water on the main floor. They addressed any issue that arose during the process with meticulousness and integrity. The final product is beautiful, and we are loving our new kitchen and mudroom. We will absolute use Omega again for any future projects.

Adam and the New Image team are top-notch. We needed a new roof, interior and exterior painting (porch floor and railings), and a remodel of a walk-out basement (new flooring, lighting, and paint). We had three different contractors/companies come out to give estimates. Right away, I trusted Adam above and beyond the others. He was extremely thorough during the estimate process, and seemed much more knowledgeable about our diverse projects than either of the others, pointing out details, asking questions, and explaining options that I didn't even know existed. His pricing was fair, as well, so we hired him, and are so glad we did. Adam's knowledge translated into results - we could not be happier with the work he and his team did for us. They completed the projects in a timely manner, even despite extenuating circumstances out of their control (weather, ill contractor, etc.), and despite the fact that we kept adding small projects/features to the work beyond the original contract. Adam and his team were responsive and courteous throughout the process. We have many more projects that we want accomplished over the next few years, and will be using New Image Remodeling without a doubt.

I originally had WGMB out to add insulation to my attic to stop heat loss. Needless to say that…read moredid not stop the heatloss. I had them come out a second time and they added more insulation because I was still losing heat through my roof. The second time did not fix the issue and I've contacted them a third time and after a a prolonged period of time they sent somebody out to look at it. They "found" and area that had no insulation and claimed that is why I am still losing heat through my attic. The issue is that there service tech promised each time it was fixed. Now it is two weeks removed since they came out and I am still not closer to getting my issue resolved. I would have given a one star, but we used them for windows before and they did a good job
