They said it was residual. 6 months later took it back and told them my mechanic said the oil pan is dented and leaking, and asked if it was covered. Picked it up the following Monday, only to find out after I dropped it off there would be a diagnostic fee. I was told after this was done, so couldn't really do anything about it. 2nd vehicle was a newer ram pickup with 4wd. As soon as we got off the lot we had our mechanic look at it. He said do not use 4wd because the tires don't match and it will cause damage. Called back to see if licaris wouldake this right and give us the matching tires, nope. Jesse at Licari Motors could not have been more helpful and informative answering each and every questions I had about the plow, installation and use there off. The techs who called with questions about installation, my annual NY state inspection due could not have been friendlier or more professional. Drove it about an hour home. Took the plow off the truck as Jesse instructed. Looking forward to that first "Plowing Storm" as it will be THE FIRST time I have not been cold moving snow in my lifetime. We spent months searching all over the country looking for the perfect Toyota, and when we finally found one at this dealership, we were hesitant because it wasn't a Toyota dealer. After reading countless positive reviews and hearing how highly people spoke of them, we decided to take a chance--and I'm glad we did. From the very first phone call, Sam was outstanding. We explained where we were traveling from and the vehicle we were interested in, and he had no problem holding it for us until we arrived. Right away, it was clear that customer satisfaction is his top priority. When we got there, the vehicle exceeded our expectations. As anyone shopping for a pre-owned vehicle knows, you inspect everything and look for flaws. The problem was--we couldn't find any. Before we even arrived, Sam had installed four brand-new tires and completed both the front and rear brakes. The amazing part is that the vehicle didn't even need them immediately. He simply wanted to ensure that we wouldn't have to worry about those expenses down the road. Even after investing in those upgrades, he never increased the price. That level of honesty and commitment is almost unheard of in today's car market. Unlike many dealerships, Sam is never pushy. He gives you the time and space to thoroughly inspect the vehicle, take a test drive, and ask as many questions as you want. His knowledge of the vehicles he sells is impressive, and he is completely transparent throughout the entire process. My wife and I drove a total of 10 hours to purchase this vehicle, and without hesitation, we would do it all over again. In fact, when it's time for our next vehicle, this will be our first stop no matter how far away it is. The quality of the vehicle, the honesty, the professionalism, and the customer service were second to none. If you're looking for a dealership that truly stands behind what they sell and treats customers the right way, I cannot recommend Sam and his team highly enough. This was, without question, one of the best vehicle-buying experiences we've ever had.

First instance was the backup camera. I don't have the time off work to keep running to the dealership to get my car fixed.

I know…read moresome factors played into the delay; like state farm taking 2 weeks to send out someone to review, and parts being a worldwide problem. I get that, but this plays deeper than those matters. I was in contact with a Body shop manager from Steet named Tim. Tim told me My car would be ready first two weeks of January, when that date came around, he told me the end of January and when that date came around it was hard to get into contact with him. I left SEVERAL messages and even When I did talk to him in January, I told him that I am losing out on money paying for rentals. Fast Forward to the end of March, still without my car and no word from Tim, I finally I get a call (after complaining to my insurance company) from someone named Pete who tells me they "Fired" Tim and they have a loaner they could give me. So, Since January I could have been riding in one of their rentals but because of THEIR employee Tim, I am out Over 4000 Dollars in rentals (State Farm only covered up to $1000). I tell him the issue I had and how much money I have lost, and his response was "they can't control what Tim did and his ineptitude." He's YOUR employee, this blunder is on you as it is him. Not only did I NOT get any discounts off for the errors they made (ordering wrong parts, loaner not being given etc). They couldn't even give me a free inspection Which expired in January. They gave me back my car with an expired sticker and I got pulled over and ticketed because of it as I left the dealership. This was one of the worse experiences ever. I wish they was more customer and consumer friendly as they know they played fault in the delay of my car being repaired and me being out of money. I do want to give them some praise though. When I picked up my car, they were very friendly, very polite. (Tim or Pete wasn't there) and My car looks good and drives good. So just to be fair I do want to put that in here.

I have gone to this location every year to rent a premium SUV for one day use. I made my…read morereservation in May for July. My reservation was set for pick up at 9 AM on a Saturday morning. At 4 PM the Friday before I got a call from them indicating that the vehicle for me was out with another customer. It would not be returned until sometime Saturday morning, which left me to guess what time I would be able to pick up the vehicle because they could not give me a time. I not only spoke with one of the employees at the Herkimer branch. I also spoke with the Herkimer manager, and then the branch manager. They had absolutely no solution for this and expected me to change my plans that I had. The only accommodation they provided was "we will allow you to keep the vehicle Sunday as well", which did not help. I did not need the vehicle on Sunday. I find it hard to believe that a company this big has only 1 premium SUV in their fleet. I ended up having to cancel my reservation and rush to find another vehicle elsewhere!! There are many other rental companies in Utica. I highly suggest going to them!!

Don't go here, go anywhere else. I had a rental truck for over 2 months while mine was being worked…read moreon. At the 8 day mark I was called and told my truck was totaled and I had to return the rental truck, that was a lied. My adjuster told me not to return the truck. After 30 days enterprise wanted their truck back because I was still paying insurance rate. Insurance rate was $40, customer rate $70. They started harassing me about once a week. They would call me, ask me if they could charge the truck in advance for the rest of the month. They told me "we need to have eyes on the truck" as if they didn't have a credit card on file that could buy that truck brand new, twice, which was still getting billed daily. Then the guy threatened me saying "we're canceling your agreement with us you have to bring back the truck or else, I said "or else what, here how about we just get these all in writing that way it's legal" he said "no we're doing this right over the phone" I said "ok then consider this harassment and any other contact will be considered harassment" as I'm hanging up I hear him say "this is not considered harassment" These people are weird. Genuine trash to deal with. Trying to intimidate someone because you want full rate for the truck is crazy. I wonder how many people this has actually worked on. I returned the truck after 70 days of rental, my truck still isn't fixed right so I'll need another rental and I promise I'll never give this company another dollar after their bs and hope no one else does either.
