One time I pulled up to the drive through, and waited for a long time, along with other customers, the man behind me was yelling, I knew something was wrong, I they left me on hold for 32 min, and another time 20min, I called at the customer service number 4 different times, asking them what was wrong, and they finally told me the short staff, and they have floaters, no matter what time of day, they never answer the phone. Once I got to the drive through window, there was 2 girls back behind the window, and they was so confused, please be very careful when using this location, very dangerous.

I called my doctor's office and asked if they could send the script over to the Mason Meijer Pharmacy instead. (They had it done by the time I drove over there (roughly 10 minutes)). I declined, since apparently three minutes before that it was over an hour wait!
