There are several doctors in the practice, and you can either schedule to see the same one, or just schedule to see whoever is on duty when you are available. They are fairly good with children and are responsive to questions / concerns. I've always been able to get an appointment quickly when needed (sick child, fever, etc), but you may wait a very long time once at the clinic (either in the waiting room or in the exam rooms for the doctor to see you). The only reason I rated a 3 is because you feel very, very rushed. Don't expect to develop much of a rapport with the doctors - they rush in and rush out. The clinic is very busy.

They also don't schedule out a year in advance and when the window to schedule a well-child appointment comes around you'll be given a date two months or more later than you want. They also have several workers in the office but can't figure out how to stagger lunch breaks because the office is closed from 11:30-12:30. It's September 2022 and they still won't allow patients in the waiting rooms due to COVID. What other doctor's office still has this policy? I was brought into the ER by son in the middle of the night on a Saturday. I was attended to and…read moreassisted into a wheelchair from the vehicle. I was evaluated immediately and taken to a room with my son. Within an hour I was in a treatment room with a nurse that started an iv, labs were drawn and fluids started. A ct scan was ordered and that took a few hours as several other people were also getting scans. It was a crowded ER but I felt well taken care of. My and my son's questions were answered and our concerns addressed without ever feeling like we were being rushed. Every nurse, Dr, technician were kind, knowledgeable, efficient and thoughtful. This was April 25/26, 2026.
