For the crafter in me, the pricing of stemware, place settings, or other table decor allows me to monogram family logos, initials or add a personal touch to my events and raises the level of elegance at or below budget. Helpful staff is always on the ready and I have never had more than a 5 minute wait to checkout and be on my way. This past week, Jeremy and I visited because he wanted to get a knife bag. He received some new knives for Christmas - this year and years passed - and he wants to bring them with him when we go to our friends' house to make dinners. We do this quite frequently. We celebrate all the birthdays, and all the holidays - even stuff like Cinco de Mayo, and Chinese New Year. We'll take any excuse to gather together, smoke some pot, eat some good food, and enjoy our fellowship with these wonderful people. People we just met, oddly enough, less than two years ago and who I cannot imagine my life without. Weird how the Universe works. This was our second time visiting this store, and it's all set up to sell you everything you might need for Superb Owl. I don't care about sportsball, but we still managed to spend close to $100 on knives and peppers. I can't explain it. But it needed to be done and I'm happy that I could accomplish the task. I swear next Christmas I am buying all my friends brisket knives. This store is SO fun. You should visit it just to have an adventure. I've been in the restaurant business before and this was by far the largest I've seen. And of course it was brimming with equipment on multiple floors - so selection is fantastic. Ours was a relatively small order, but I the service I received from Arya was over the top. Exceedingly patient, friendly and attentive as I kept changing my mind. Not only did he personally deliver the sink to the business, I accidentally left my phone at the store and he immediately drove it across town to our company! And we're not even a restaurant and therefore not likely a returning customer. Amazing! The only possible negative was that the table arrived with plastic still on it which will require some effort to get it all off. However judging from the how to questions on the net, this seems like a common problem, and therefore likely a common practice - so I won't dock a star for it. The big beaded owner, Jon, warmly greets you as you walk in as if you have been a friend of the family for years! I could easily spend hours smelling all the incredible scents. I have tried many of the bath soaps and aftershaves, as well as almost all the shave soaps. The quality is too notch and the fragrance speaks for itself. There are lots of other unique gifts around the shop too, including some hand crafted wooden toys, birdhouses, as well as other items.
