I Learned a lot from this ministry, and was truly blessed. if you know Christ as your Saviour or are looking to know him, you can find him here. Sundays is a blessing at this church.There is a Tuesday night Prayer meeting, a Wednesday Night Bible Study. And you will find true Friends of God. Lifelong friendships here. We actually baptized our son here. We are both very happy with this church plus the people who go here are from the neighborhood. It's nice to see familiar faces every now and then. Plus it has a extra room for the children if their loud or become a handful lol. It's all glass and has speakers to see and here the priest. So check it out sometime !!!!

As another person that reviewed said, each time I attend service I leave feeling as though that message was for me that week and I needed to hear it. Pastor John and Pastor Ilenna are both great people, Most of you emphasize on the tithing, but also going to catholic church they emphasize the same as well. What I can say is yes it is spoke about before we start service and it is not forced nor is it over emphasized, It is the same as it would be in a catholic church and also what I can say is unlike the catholic church, I do not get a slew of envelopes mailed to my home or tickets that I'm told I should sell sent to my home as well. I feel 100% comfortable and welcomed each and every time I walk into the church, everyone is warm and friendly. I love the music and the happiness it brings me and everyone else attending, it brightens my Sunday mornings up and makes me happy to attend. I honestly can say I enjoy being there and learning more and more.

This has been my family church for many years since moving to this part of Bay Ridge. Originally I…read morewas a member of the Our Lady Of Angels congregation but when I moved to the 80's this was my closest church. It's smaller in size than OLA but I like that since it affords a little more closeness to the priests holding mass and means the line to receive offerings is not forever long. It's nicely decorated for the major holidays such as Easter and Christmas and for many years I have been attending the 10AM mass which is considered the family mass since many bring the younger children to it. There is an earlier one but I seldom make that one. I have since moved from the immediate closeness to this church and am now considered a part of the St. Patrick's zone but I will still walk down to this church as I prefer how it feels to me as a parishioner. If you are the faith then by all means stop in and see what its all about. You don't have to be super religious to light a candle for someone in your life or do a little reflection. I know I sure am not these days but I still pop in a number of times a year.
