The servers are friendly and ready to help. The Manager Jose speaks perfect English. They offer a mix of bar and American restaurant environment, serving Mexico food. I have been here many times. They serve some draft beer; freshly made salsa fitting your spicy level of requests. The food selections are variety, meat, sea food, and vegetables. It is a popular place for locals to celebrate their birthday here. There is dedicated parking lot for the restaurant across the street, making the visit here easy. If you prefer, you can use their valet parking service as well. The map on the yelp is a little off. I believe that it should be a couple of block north than the spot marked in the yelp.

Excellent service, very clean place, and the food is both delicious and unique. Hermosillo has some of the best food *in the world*, and great options for mariscos, but Cayomango's menu is different than all others. Today I had the Tostada Wonton and it's a very original take on a seafood tostada. It was so good I ordered a second one. The tuna was fresh, the wonton tostada exactly the thickness you'd want, and the portions perfectly appropriate. It's a tad one the expensive side, but that doesn't take away from the rating in this case, as it's still worth every cent.

The only real disappointment was the cold lava cake. The waiter talked this thing up big time, swearing that warm chocolate center would ooze out once the cake was cut. In addition to that not happening at all since the cake was somewhat cold, the ice cream was also just a little too cold, and probably should have been thawed a bit before being served. Overall, though, the burger overshadowed everything.

The complementary breakfast was not your typical breakfast...I mean, they served menudo. Can't beat that! All you usually get is just fruit, bagels, danish, and toast, eggs and bacon. That was not the case. Customer service at the restaurant and Hotel were the best I've ever had. I would definitely return. Although it is not your fancy hotel, it's the best stay I've ever had. It beats any bougie hotel's customer service. Thank you for being respectful, kind, and very prompt with requests.
