Thats a huge praise for me and very important on how I am greeted when walking into a church. To say I was overwhelmed by how huge it is inside,is a understatement. I havent missed a day since and have just recently became a member! They love you like a family, and the people there are so easy to talk to. They have so much to offer for everyone! Please come visit with us,we would love to have you! This church is in Youngsville, where I live and I am now starting to serve as well. Its awesome here! Youngsville Faith Baptist Church! First off, I do not go to this church, and am not Baptist…read more This review is based solely on the production called "Anchorsoul" 2010 a Haunted House alternative that was held over the Halloween holiday this past weekend. We picked up a brochure at a local shop and decided we'd check out this Haunted House alternative and see what it was all about. We arrived at the church late on the Saturday night before Halloween and were quickly greeted by a staff member. She gave us a ticket for the free production and told us we could have a seat and wait until our group was called. The wall was lined with tables displaying brochures for adoption, foster care, and sponsoring children and women. We were jazzed about this since we're in the adoption process ourselves. Shortly after we were seated our group was called and we followed our tour guide to a holding room. Here, two teens told us about what we were about to encounter and told us they'd be our guides on this journey. The production was elaborate and consisted of amazing back drops, good acting, and heart felt messages. Everyone in our group was impressed with the production and the message. The theme for the production showed the struggle between heaven and hell and the struggles that people face every day and how decisions can change your life - in both bad and good ways. If you're looking for a church, or any activities in the area I would highly recommend checking this place out.

Every passing Sunday fortifies my gratefulness to have found and to be a part of this church…read more Crossroads is a family, a community, with solid biblical teaching, but most of all, you can feel Christ's love in this church. This is what a church is meant to be. In addition to two Sunday worship services, there is a wonderful kids ministry with great programming (like Awanas and VBS), small groups, classes, studies, volunteer opportunities, support, prayer, etc.

In…read morefact, you'll pretty much never find that. *smile* the reality is that a Christian church is a place where sinful/imperfect people, come to serve a merciful, gracious, forgiving, perfect God. I have been going to Crossroad Fellowship for about 2 years now. they have 2 locations, one in raleigh on millbrook road, and one in wake forest. The wake forest location had been meeting in a school until they were recently given an opportunity to move into a church building that already existed. While the location they are in looks like a traditional church, don't be fooled. Crossroads is less traditional and more, forgive the wording contemporary. You won't find an organ and hymnals inside, but you do find imperfect people who are striving to worship and serve God with all their heart. it's always good to remember the church isn't a building, but the people who are in it. Pastor Andy is the campus pastor for wake forest. He has a great sense of humor and keeps you engaged while still challenging your thoughts and encouraging you to grow in Christ. Small groups are available, which are vitally important when trying to become apart of a larger community. I really this is a great church, with great people. Be involved in a small group and you'll find a great sense of community. Community is important when living the Christian life b/c life gets hard sometimes, and it's nice to know you have a good support system around you. I would encourage anyone to come and visit! services are at 830, 10, and 1130. And earplugs are available (although my husband, who usually has worn earplugs to church says he doesn't need them here)!
