Took my front door off the hinges, dropped it on themselves and knocked out the delivery guy. His head went thru my drywall. Then they tried to force my 100lb wife to sign a release of liability before running out the door. Fridge and house are destroyed. Fridge compressor bearing is making loud noise. No water. Dented misaligned doors. Told to email VIDEO (yes all on CCTV w audio) to Tyler. He just won't respond. I assume they're waiting for lawsuit service, and they're smart cause that's what I'm filling this week. In hindsight manager was trying to warn me not to use their delivery drivers. RUN from these jokers.

It has a 10 year warranty but they say the mattress doesn't fail their tests. So much at shopping at RC Willey anymore. It close to two months for them to replay after their tests. In the mean time I bought anther mattress and I'm not have a sore back when I wake up.
