She was alert enough to tell me of any issues but rarely has anything but positive comments. She liked the staff, her nurse, Ally was so good to her. She had a lot of friends there and enjoyed activities and programs. I want to thank Management and Staff at Reunion for making sister's days bright. My grandmother was a guest at this place and was planning on staying for 21 days to get help with…read moreher broken knee. (rehab). Her first night there she called down the nurses station by pushing the nurse button located on her bed and no one came. She pushed the button 8 times waiting for someone to come and no one did. So she ended up having to get out of bed herself and go to the bathroom and ended up falling and hurting her knee and causing it to swell and almost pop stitches out. Very unsatistfied with staff and we got her out of there the next morning.

My mother had not been there a week before I had to call compliance on weekend nursing staff. My…read moremother had a bedsore coming into the facility and needed to be turned every couple of hours. My sister went up to check in her and no one had been in to check her and she had dried feces on her bottom. Last week I came to check on my mom and found her gasping for air and her stomach distended and hard. I had my mom sent to the hospital and she has been in for over a week with aspiration pneumonia and fecal impaction so bad that she had to be manually disimpacted. She will not be going back and please check on your loved ones frequently in any facility.
