The physical therapists and the techs and nurses are all doing such an incredible job and have stayed on top of not only every patient's physical needs, but their mental and emotional states as well. My care alone has not only been impeccable and all my needs met before I could even voice them, but they have managed to make me laugh and be so much more positive than my last physical therapy experience in Palestine tx. I am so beyond happy with the care and the level of humanity and professionalism I am met with daily. Not only do I recommend this facility and it's care givers to anyone and everyone I know, I will also advocate for these people and the Dr's and everyone that works here. I have never felt so listened to and understood. You are not just valued, you are seen and heard and given your humanity back from a world that would much rather see you as a number and another insurance write off or someone who is crazy. Please if you ever find yourself in need of physical therapy, please make every effort you can to become not only a patient, but a valued human given the chance to regain their full quality of life and full potential!

The only disappointing thing I can say is if you get the chance to see your doctor, he acts like he ain't got time to spend with you That I don't like at all. I'm in here because he's got me here but other than that as far as the facility goes in the way you're treated in the way they take care of you. They do it. Excellent job. Chef Jerry offered me lunch, and it was one of the best meals I've eaten in a senior living community. This company has no problem taking our money but can't schedule an aid to come. This is not rocket science.

BEWARE! I asked for a self pay consultation for a second opinion for a recent cancer diagnosis and was told I have to be referred by the Dr. that made the original diagnosis. No exceptions.
