His house has been on the market since last November with few showings . He asked his agent if he should do a few minor updates and she said no need. She also priced it way too high. When he thought his contract was up he realized they were trying to slip in a nine month contract instead of the normal six months but they used the wrong year which should have made the contract null and void. It's been hell for him since he is still paying taxes and utilities. They have not been nice to him. He tried contacting the Board of Realtors to make a complaint and it turns out the branch manager just left her seat on the Board so he is getting nowhere and the house is still vacant ! Shame places like this take advantage of seniors.

They werent competent enough to…read moreleave my food in anything other than a paper bag in the rain in that bag broke as soon as I lifted it. After I called the delivery driver complaining she became very hostile and started cursing saying how hard it was to get to us in the rain. Understandable, but I did not pay for food to be on my porch. I then called the manager now after I cleaned up the huge mess that was left now paid for food I couldn't eat paid for a delivery that wasn't good and he said he was proud his driver cursed me out. Then this manager decided to start screaming and threatening me. Will sooner go anywhere else for vacation to avoid dregs like this company.
