For starters, when I called Home & Business Computer Services yesterday, Tony actually answered the phone - no voicemail - no never-ending menu to navigate. He was extremely nice and immediately trustworthy. I told him my desktop computer had crashed, and my flash drive was damaged within days of the crash, to where it may not be salvageable, but Tony said there was an 80-85% chance he could still transfer my data from the hard drive to a new flash drive. He said he would call me later in the afternoon or the following morning. True to his word, he did call me yesterday afternoon and told me he successfully transferred my data. I went to pick it up this morning, and my itemized bill was incredibly fair. I cannot express how relieved and grateful I feel. Our friends highly recommended Home & Business Computer Service to us in the Darboy Plaza in the community of Darboy (East Appleton). We stopped in a couple of days ago with some computer questions and can completely understand why our friends have such high praise. The owner, Tony Ashauer, greeted us, patiently answered our questions, and was able to help us at a more than reasonable price. Whether home or business needs, software or hardware issues, new computers, etc., this small business is huge in customer service and savings. No more big box store for us. I have gone a couple times to Home & Business Computer Services whenever we had an issue with our home computer. They have always helped us, but this time we really had a problem when our Hard Drive crashed and everything was gone. Tony was awesome, he was able to restore everything as it was before, with just asking me a few questions. I was so relieved. I would recommend them to everyone. Tony is very knowledgeable and helpful, I did not know where to go for computer service, called Tony out of the local computer lookup, Tony examined my old computer, which had crashed totally, helped me order a computer, installed programs that are user friendly, without having to pay a subscription charge. He saved me money in more ways than one. Will defiantly recommend. read more
