Lisa greeted us after we entered the store and was pleasant, engaging, personable and informative…read more She got to know us and guided us to what we were initially looking for and offered information about particular types of chairs that were most suitable to our height and size (which we did not realize was as important or relevant as it was - who knew recliners were so involved?!). She showed us just the right amount of options (not overwhelming but included size, height, rocking or not, electronic or manual features, etc.) and helped demonstrate the options of the different chairs and also helped us choose a chair best suited to our needs and a colour best suited to our decor (based on the options available). We're new to the Courtenay/Comox area and she even gave us a little helpful information about living in the area and some of the local background. As sales people go - she was perfect. Very aligned with us, our tempo, style and personality. A great experience and we're greatly looking forward to our new, very comfortable chair! If they don't have the chair you want in the colour you want, they will order it (you choose from the available options) and it will be made to your specifications. Our only regret is that we have to wait for our new comfy chair to be delivered :-)
