The packing crew was quick, courteous and seemed competent. But later after seeing how a different BackBreakers crew unloaded and packed things the next day, I decided I would not use them to move my things into a house a year later. Particularly unnerving was the unwrapped TV set on the floor 3 feet from the door, lamp shades on top of glass lamp shades without any padding in between. I had not traveled the distance to supervise the unpacking at storage. My error. July 2025 I hired a different company to move items from storage into a home, and they discovered that a leg of an irreplaceable antique desk have been broken when it was placed into storage. I will need to hire a woodworker to repair the desk leg. Also lamp shades in a box were glass to glass without any padding around them. Two leather recliners have long-lasting indentations them from nesting upside down. In a box clearky marked "pictures" was the cookware top I'd been looking for a month. One particularly expensive original piece of art in frame was not wrapped at all and the frame set leaning against a wall in storage. Totally unacceptable. I do not recommend this company.

They're hard workers they move quickly, and they have never broke anything! Most movers I get really nervous because something is always going to get broken, but I don't have any worry at all if these guys. So much so I don't feel the need to buy extra protection or anything. They take really good care and wrap everything that is needed. One thing I was nervous about this time is it was the first time Dominic wasnt there, but this time the movers were just as good if not better than last time. It was an 8 hour move going from 3500 sq ft in lake Stevens, then stopped by a storage unit, then moved into to a 1,300 sq ft apartment in Southlake union. Overall it was around $1750 after tax and then I tipped them on top (but did it because I wanted to, I didn't feel any kind of pressure to do so). In my opinion that's a really good price for 8 hours of moving. Anyway, I told them I'm hoping this is the last time, mainly because I dont wanna move not because of them or anything. The Moving Clique was cheaper, faster and better! They arrived when expected, moved the piano quickly and safely and maneuvered it skillfully into our basement with no damage to our hardwood floors. I would recommend them to anyone for their professionalism, courtesy and affordability.

My mom originally got in contact as the prices looked reasonable for what we wanted (move some furniture out from a room to our patio for pickup). I called The Moving Clique and talked to Marcus to schedule a time. The first time they didn't answer, but I did call back about a day or two later and got in contact with Marcus. We're ready at that time to schedule an appointment and I gave Marcus my availability. He needed to check on what his own availability was for himself and that he'd call me back. We're lucky that we got another moving company to help; two weeks later I called back and The Moving Clique didn't answer and went straight to voicemail, where the "mailbox is currently full." I never got a call back or anything; it seems like other people called too since their mailbox was full. There are many moving companies in the Seattle area; don't choose this one.

They said on the cash out ticket it was 140 LBS. BUT they DID NOT separate them (itemize per price) as I had Binned them. I see the weight was NOT correct either! They did not display the scales weight for the customer to see as it was weighed either... One of the employee's was at the scrape heap cutting wire and electrical cords off appliances & lamps, as these were items that were already scraped by other customers. it seemed abit weird,,, I also brought in a bag of wire that weighed at least 10+ lbs. and was NOT on this payout ticket either, the other employee weighed it then walked off with it! I did not get a price per lb. or get it listed on my payout ticket either!!! We got a total of $5.13 A check coming to us, later listed as per ton for (ferrous metals only)! No price for this either!!! I left, went to eat out, checked the metals Commodities on prices for Copper House wire @ 1.10lb Irony metals, (ferrous) @ 270Ton Cans, .28 cents per lb. WE basicly recycled, and did not get paid a fair market price for our scrap metals instead. The Staff seemed a bit out of touch as well. Not answering our general questions.
