I hired these guys three times over the past 3 years (don't ask why... Haha). Everytime they have not disappointed! They're hard workers they move quickly, and they have never broke anything! Most movers I get really nervous because something is always going to get broken, but I don't have any worry at all if these guys. So much so I don't feel the need to buy extra protection or anything. They take really good care and wrap everything that is needed. One thing I was nervous about this time is it was the first time Dominic wasnt there, but this time the movers were just as good if not better than last time. It was an 8 hour move going from 3500 sq ft in lake Stevens, then stopped by a storage unit, then moved into to a 1,300 sq ft apartment in Southlake union. Overall it was around $1750 after tax and then I tipped them on top (but did it because I wanted to, I didn't feel any kind of pressure to do so). In my opinion that's a really good price for 8 hours of moving. Anyway, I told them I'm hoping this is the last time, mainly because I dont wanna move not because of them or anything. I wrote a review on website and it was removed because it was too honest and messed with their 4.9 star rating. I have to say two people showed up that like they were 11 years old. I had to everything they did in the packing area and I was too sick to go up to the actual unit that they stored my belongings in. They made it sound like there was barely enough space in that unit and I just was able to get up there this week after a year and check it out and I did not understand their packing or rather logic. three rows of boxes that went up to the ceiling and then a huge gap on the left side with a sturdy chair they could've put boxes on at a decent height where I could get at them. Everything was stored haphazardly. What I would say is that they should apprentice a more reputable mover for another four years and learn how it's done correctly they're way too young and inexperienced. After some issues with their truck breaking down on the freeway, Cody and team went above and beyond the call of duty to get our move done same-day. They rented a Penske truck on their own dime and still made the move per our agreement despite the move now being in the middle of rush-hour. I hired them to move my belongings from a friends house's garage and also to pick up items from my storage unit - both in Arlington area. They gave me an estimate up front that sounded good. Charged $125/hour. Did a really nice job securing anything that looked fragile or just needed a moving blanket on it to keep it from getting damaged in transit. Everything that wasn't already boxed up, they wrapped in shrink wrap to keep it safe if it needed it. The guys who did my move were Anders and Brian. I really appreciated how they handled my move. I just needed to tell them what was mine and where I wanted the items placed in my new apartment. They did all of the labor. They did not charge for their lunch break, which was nice and unexpected. They wore masks, showed up on time, and responded to all emails very quickly. However, the two boys clearly understood they were being paid by the hour with no minimum time frame. I ended up doing half the work myself because they moved like molasses. I was moving from one storage unit to another and hauled half the load at the first place and stacked everything at the second. $481way too much money for doing half the work myself. Vincent, Anders, and Carson came, they saw, and they conquered! They worked together like a well oiled machine to pad and wrap all the furniture. They carted boxes, plastic containers, and yes - grocery bags out to the truck and then managed to get everything packed in securely in the truck. They took special care to protect everything from damage and were successful. They even wrap the door frame going in and out of the house so nothing damaged it. All in all, I was very pleased with their work effort, their kindness, their respectfulness. We had Lets Move move us from Mill Creek to Spokane. The communication was spot on. They arrived at 10:00am and finished loading at about 7:pm. They worked efficiently and wrapped every piece of furniture in a heavy plastic wrap as everything was going into storage units..we also had them tow one of our cars. I moved 3 hours away with this company and was very communicative with Dom from the beginning that it would be difficult. He said it was no problem and nothing they couldn't handle. I told him 2 trucks were needed and after coming to look at my house he insisted 1 but had one on standby. He came the morning of the move and took 3 times as much time as he said was needed and ended up needing two trucks and more people. I even had to leave chairs behind that they couldn't fit in the trucks and I had a 3 bed 2 bath rambler with a detached office. It was by no means a big house and I had taken Dom thru a tour the week prior. My mom was at the home being packed and she mentioned that she had to tell the guys multiple times to "come on keep moving" as they were slowing down at a rapid pace and sometimes stopping. As they got to my new house they said it would be cheaper for me if they didn't put anything together as originally agreed and I asked them to put only what I absolutely needed together ( at least a bed ) which they did. They disassembled so much un needed furniture and I have no screws to reassemble. So many things are missing to reassemble. There are missing pieces all over and I even had to buy a new bed for my daughter because the screws were stripped and it was brand new so I knew it wasn't already like that. I am super dissatisfied and disappointed and I did my research on this company so I wanted to make a point to mention they are not what they seem through these reviews. I paid over $3,000 and still am having trouble putting things together. Definitely not a good experience. read more

Hired this company for my move. Moved a3 bedroom home to a 2 bedroom. Move was appx 60 miles. Great fellas. They made sure to double check on items they needed clarification on. All total was a 12 hour day. Overall 10+. I did however notice a few things. They scratched my front door, and bent the lock plate thing almost in half. My bed didn't get put together correctly so I'll have to find someone to fix it for me. My guest bed also was not assembled correctly. Just piddly stuff but stuff I'll need corrected. read more
