Dealing with this store has been an absolute nightmare…read more 1) they set my family plan up as 2 separate lines 2) I went in to get it fixed and get a refund (took about 1.5 hours to do this 3) my next bill was high so I called T-mobile 4) the store still had me set as 2 separate lines And 1) when I went and changed - I was set up with promotions and discounts. 2) when I had to go back in I double checked with them to make sure the services and promotions/discounts were set up correctly 3) they told me they never had discounts and promotions I was describing, couldn't come up with any additional paperwork on my account. Basically they either told me: I was crazy or I was a liar 4) when I called in to get my account fixed, Cedric (customer service employee who helped me) took me through all the discounts and promotions that I was receiving - which is what I had tried to verify with the store and was told T-Mobile would never offer In conclusion, I like the benefits of T-mobile, I had an amazing phone customer service experience BUT AVOID THE WOODSTOCK STORE.
