We were out of town and came back to find our freezer door stuck shut with excessive ice buildup, which he defrosted using a steamer, found the defective part, had his colleague stop by the store to pick up and drop off the part, while he kept working at melting the frozen ice away. He was very polite and gave us clear explanations every step of the process, cleaned up the entire area where he worked, and even wiped down the outside of the refrigerator, Lol. She kept me up to date on when to expect my leather sectional. A part was delayed so they delivered the sectional in pieces and put it together on the second visit. After it was delivered I noticed the bottom was torn. Jamie worked with the manager and had the part replaced without question. Jamie also tried to help me get a formal dining set that had been discontinued. She even tried to get the floor model for me. It didn't pan out but she went above and beyond! I explained the situation and they said they would have someone out in under an hour and a half. Cornelius called when en route to provide his eta. That is service! He came, I explained the situation, about 30 minutes he came back and told me the issue and already have a solution and provided me with the amount. He was able to fix my washer in under two hours, where had I gone through the warranty company, they would not have even been able to come out until a week out. For under $500, I think it was well worth it, and he also provided me with insight on how to prevent future issues from arising. Hands done the best appliance company you could ask for.

I did appreciate that the attendant was helpful, it was a comfortable temperature inside and a relaxing vibe in there However, some of the washers were leaking, several were broken and some of the dryers were out of service. Went through the whole process of paying the first payment online and e-signing my rental agreement and then heard nothing so I called and they didn't even know what computer I had ordered. They only had one online to choose from. I guess their online ordering system is a scam/sham to get you to call or come in. The items they sell you online are not actually what they have in stock. So I told them to cancel my order and they haven't refunded my money yet. I think I am going to have to fight with them to get my first payment back. Rent A Center has horrible service, a horrible online ordering experience, and a horrible refund experience when they don't have what they say they do online. I should have known all rental companies are as bad as used car salesmen, but I need a computer for work at home and I got excited when I saw a computer that had what I needed on their sham ordering website. Now I have to wait for them to return my first payment so I can put that money with other money and try to go buy one outright at a store.
