I got a $1600 whirlpool side by side fridge with installation and delivery for under $700! It had a minor dent on the side that doesn't affect the overall look or quality. Most of the items come with the original manufacturers warranty but Lowe's offer additional 3 or 5 year warranty starting at $85 ( depending on price of unit purchase). They also have a 48 hour no questions asked return window for appliances purchased/delivered from this location. They sell more than han just appliances, they have indoor and outdoor furnishings also. Basically anything but plants ... They do have different hours and terms that vary from the traditional store but with these prices, I say that it makes up for it! This was by far the worst uhaul experience I've ever had. And I move! I had a reservation for 11am…read more I called and let the store know I was running late about an hour after my appointment time. I reserved the truck for 6 hours. They associate let me know my truck was rented to someone else. I was shocked to learn that after 30 mins they give your truck to someone else. I do not recall this from the contract. I was then told that I would have a truck when I retired as they had a ready truck that just needed air in the tire. And by the time I arrive it would be ready. Upon arrival, as you can imagine, it was not available. I waited time for this air to be added to the tire hearing from the owner that it would be ready in minutes. Soon another couple came in and stated they had an 11:30 am reservation and they were also told their truck was rented to another. Seems this is common practice for this place, sending reservations with no inventory. After several minutes in the store waiting I ask how long air takes and a man arrives stating the tire came off the rim and air was unable to be put in. The owner then tells me I would need to go somewhere to find a new rental. The younger associate saw my face and offered to help me find another location. While helping me for several minutes a uhaul is returned and they are able to put me in the truck. The entire time I was quite and respectful amid my frustrations and hours spent and the associate thanked me for being so calm. She said it helped. I have work customer service so I know that it doesn't help when your customer is loud and frustrated when you were just trying to accommodate them as best you can. She offer me a $.59/mile rate instead of the $.99. I was appreciative. Upon returning the truck that evening is when I had to deal with the less than pleasant owner of the location. She was the mother of the associate I have been working with. She sent me a receipt with the incorrect pricing. I called the store and let her know the rate her daughter gave me and she said she would adjust it. I asked for an updated receipt to be sent. She then calls me back and questions the rate that her daughter gave me. She asked me to restate the rate, which I did, then I hear her in the background ask her daughter about the rate. She then begins talking to me again and I am thinking she is still talking to her daughter and she snaps at me questioning the rate. It was also confusing and unprofessional. If nothing else they should've just given me the rate for my inconvenience and for their lack of organization. The owner finally says that she would honor the rate her daughter gave me. She the calls me back again and states that U-Haul would never allow that rate and she would have to give me the difference out of her pocket. God knows how that works... Meaning I probably will never get the difference back. But I did states her on the phone that I didn't appreciate how she was handling or speaking to me. All I can say is never go to this location. The place is not professional and the owner is just not nice. I would never give her my money again nor do business or recommend her to anyone.

SR sold us a column freezer and refrigerator pair in 2021. We had to wait over four months for…read moredelivery, which was typical during the pandemic, and the refrigerator that we received had recently been manufactured and has functioned well. But we later learned that the "new" freezer we received had been manufactured three years earlier, and has been faulty since it was installed. The manufacturer has provided service under its warranty, so we are hoping that the current repair service will resolve the problems. In addition to selling us an old model freezer as new, SR ordered the wrong components to complete the installation of our units and delivered a broken component, all of which added months to the completion of our purchase experience. During that time, the company was unresponsive to our calls for help. SR has earned its poor reputation with customers, the Better Business Bureau, and even area appliance technicians. Today's technician guessed that SR was our supplier based on my brief description of our purchase experience. Avoid SR, and avoid unnecessary headaches.
