I randomly stumped upon this company during the holidays online when shopping for a golf set. I researched far and wide and put my faith in these guys. As a rookie golfer i'd still say their prices are so amazing and variety options from colours to brands / heights .. whatever it is you need to make your golfing experience 10x better. I'd say you can find it with these guys. I do admit i returned the original one i bought online because it ended up being too long the golf clubs but i ended up buying golf shoes/ hat and callaway balls in store and soon another golf set in store. Marc and Jerry were phenomenal with helping and answering all the billions of questions i had. My shopping experience was pretty seamless i'd say. It was a bit of a drive but once you're there it truly is worth it. They also price match in store, you're welcome!! They take cash/credit card / debit .. if you can't get a hold of them through email i highly suggest you give them a call or go into the physical store.

This is one of the cleanest and most well-maintained gaming establishments I've seen. Even though Screen Free is a bit more family friendly in terms of their overall products compared to other tabletop gaming stores (they have games and puzzles for all ages, not just for fantasy / sci-fi fans), this shouldn't be a reason for the other places to operate without a basic level of tidiness. I would have no problem busting out my decks here for some pick-up games, unlike some other stores I've been to that were just downright NASTY. Nasty as in, even though my cards are all in deck protectors, I still would not be comfortable laying them out on those other places' stained and sticky tables. Yes, thank goodness for personal gaming mats, but then I still gotta clean the bottom of the mats afterward, ya know? Thankfully, I would not have that problem here... I could share some truly horrific experiences at some of those other establishments, but I'll refrain for now. Staff I interacted with were all very friendly too; none of them gave me the vibe of l33t nerd status, which sometimes runs rampant at similar places. This requirement was never disclosed at the time of purchase, even though I specifically asked about their return process. Instead, after the fact, they pointed to wording on the receipt that says "receipts" (plural) as if that somehow retroactively justifies refusing the return. That is not transparent policy--it's moving the goalposts. In standard retail practice, an itemized proof of purchase is sufficient to process a return. Most businesses understand that the purpose of a receipt requirement is simply to verify the transaction. When a customer provides clear documentation that does exactly that, refusing a return on a technicality is not policy--it's avoidance. I have been a professional shopper supporting small businesses in this city for eight years, and I have never encountered a store using this kind of tactic. It comes across as slimy, unprofessional, and frankly dishonest. What's especially disappointing is that I've spent thousands of dollars here over the years. Instead of honoring a straightforward $300 return with valid proof of purchase, they chose to damage a long-standing customer relationship. Because of this experience, they've lost a loyal customer. I will also be advising other shoppers in my community to avoid this store due to what appears to be bad-faith and poor business practices.
