The company never disclosed during the sales process that it routinely discards clients' existing storage containers, "decants" and replaces them with its own plastic Container Store bins. Our home already contained functional, clearly labeled storage systems, yet many of these were thrown away and replaced with plastic containers throughout nearly every drawer, cabinet, and storage area. It very much seemed that the workers were being paid by the number of plastic bins they could hide throughout the home. The team also "decanted" numerous pantry and household items into plastic Container Store containers without discussing the process with us beforehand. We had concerns about the sanitary handling of items during this process and would not have approved many of these changes had we been consulted. What was presented as professional organizing quickly became an expensive Plastic bin product-installation project. We were ultimately presented with more than $6,000 in charges for containers and products that were neither requested nor necessary. Had these practices been disclosed before we signed the agreement, we would have selected a different provider. Professional organizers should be transparent about their methods, obtain approval before discarding client property, and communicate product costs before incurring them. Unfortunately, this was not our experience.

The painful process was somehow made doable by Kat and her team (shout out to Emmerie!), with their firm but gentle persistence to get it all done. They really kept me on task/gave direction when I needed to sift through things which was incredibly helpful. Otherwise when I had to work or was busy with my kids they never seem to waste a minute. Moving with two toddlers was completely overwhelming, but they unpacked and got us organized in the new house in just two days. I called them back to organize the garage I'd managed to stuff full with overflow and in just a day they had it all perfectly purged, sorted and stacked. Moving is normally so stressful and overwhelming but having Moxie here was the magic cure for that! (The other major component was using Heavenly Moving to do a full service move that included packing- highly recommend!) The Moxie team had EVERYTHING out of boxes with the cardboard broken down and packing paper all bagged up when they were done. They left me with a beautifully organized home, including all the drawers, cabinets, closets, even the "junk" drawer (which is too nice to even be called a junk drawer now lol) and the peg board in the garage! If I had tried to do the unpacking myself it would have taken months, it wouldn't have been completed so nicely, and there are things that would have probably never gotten done at all. Boxes were piled high and wide with paths through the chaos that led to empty cabinets, closets and pantries. The trio went to work quickly and created a perfectly organized, functioning kitchen with everything in a logical place. Like a scene from Cinderella, a teenager's boxed and piled stack of clothing was transformed into an inviting collection hung thoughtfully and creatively in a closet. Linens were distributed among multiple bathrooms and closets, all beautifully folded and arranged as if prepared for shooting a photo spread. Vast collections of vitamins, shampoos, lotions and various bath minutiae soon were organized, dispatched to the right place and arranged for easy access. And the empty boxes and paper were flattened and stored out of sight. By the end of the day, I could locate everything that we needed and the house looked totally different - it had been transformed into a home by the three wizards of Let It Go Already. And if the results weren't enough, the process was made enjoyable by the enthusiasm, positive energy, humor and overall friendliness of each of the sisters. Posh Flooring After…read moremoving into a new home and our 4 dogs destroying the carpet in our master bedroom, I was ready for change. I went for a drive and randomly arrived at Posh Flooring. Without a appointment, I walked in and was greeted in a professional and friendly manner. I had a sample of the hardwood flooring with me. Robert Cisneros was more than willing to help me match the color and find a suitable flooring for my situation. Feeling confident with Robert's knowledge and immediate attention to scheduling a time and date to look at my flooring at home. I was happy. Finally, some hope to get the carpets pulled so the dogs would no longer soil the floors and I would be shampooing them for hours. Mr. Cisneros contacted me that day and was at our house on a Monday. This initial meeting was on Friday. He came out to our house first thing in the morning. Right on time. Was very polite and informative of what an be done for our floors and loose tiles. We had our beautiful new hardwood flooring within 3 weeks from when I first walked into Posh Flooring. The two men that installed the floors where always on time, communicated with both my husband and I clearly. Cleaned up everything before they left for the day. We went out out of town for 3 days and had several family members with children coming and going. They worked around the constant distractions. We are so pleased with the way our floors look. And that we actually had contractors working on time and went far and beyond the scope of the installation.
