Of all of the places I have been, PTI Sherwood is the best value for my time and money with exceptional outcomes and conveniently located to where I live. This is important because we all have a choice where to go to physical therapy. At PTI- Sherwood, my physical therapy treatment has targeted my head, neck, shoulders, overall strength and balance, and vestibular (ear) function to help with dizziness. Besides working on the equipment, my physical therapy treatment plan has included cupping, traction, and massage. How PTI-Sherwood is the best: 1. The facility is extremely clean and modern. 2. The equipment is new, versatile, and easy to use. 3. The vibe is great: The atmosphere is cheerful, even among the other patients. 4. My treatment plan challenges me just enough to ensure that my conditions improve and outcomes are exceptional. 5. My physical therapist, Jordana, makes sure I am progressing and not stagnating at my physical therapy appointments. From my perspective, Jordana is an exceptionally knowledgeable and experienced physical therapist, and, most importantly, an excellent listener who was thorough in obtaining my medical history and updating it as needed. Jordana also has applied her knowledge, experience, and intuition to develop physical therapy treatment plans that are designed to get me to a better place physically. On top of that, she has shown me the highest level of respect, friendliness, and understanding. 6. My PT assistants, Sam, Trevor, and Lilli, always have a smile when getting me set up, making sure I'm doing everything properly, and answering any questions I have. 7. Scheduling PT is pain-free thanks to Dani who always has a smile and a willingness to work with all of your scheduling needs. This is a big deal to me because at other places, scheduling has been unnecessarily difficult. They also have an Occupational Therapist that I've seen working with people for hand and arm things.

Yes to walk in, it's $400, which is applied toward your bill, but even the emergency vet across town cost $750 to walk thru the door. And trust me, when you're desperate, cost doesn't matter as much. They took great care of my husband who was in Excruciating pain. He initially waited too long to go to the ER, then iwent to an ER in LR who accepted our insurance. Of course it was full and he waited three hours. He went to the desk to inquire about an approximate range of time before he could be seen. The man there looked right thru him and wouldn't respond. We left and came to Cabot ER where there was no waiting and not only was he seen quickly, but then they were able to do all the tests quickly too. He got some pain management and the doctor quickly got to the root of the problem and he was given pain meds and treatment meds to tide him over til he can see his primary care doc. I recently moved to Sherwood, AR. Needed to transfer my care quickly and gain needed referrals for specialist. I was able to get an appt at Primary Care 360 in less than a week! I was blessed enough to have been seen by Julia Chambers, CNP. She truly listened to me, addressed ALL of my needs, concerns and health issues both past and newly developed. She saw me as an individual, not a diagnosis and took time with me. She was caring, knowledgeable, proficient, insightful, encouraging and well, I truly can't say enough about her.
