We have someone with my mom most of the time because don'tchange them frequently and feed them. Tray are just left sitting when you can't feed your self. We couldn't make it during the ice storm, when I made there my mom was soaked and had a open sore. No one there had noticed it. The would not return the nurses calls for orders over the weekend.

Center started off good. However it only took me a couple months to see that it wasn't as good as I…read morethought. The BCBA ( Annette) does not do parent meetings. This is supposed to be a requirement per insurance.Shecavoids giving updates and make up parent and child goals on reports to insurance. They advertise the cameras in each room but they have been down since we started. Front office is friendly but they are not truthful with events. Owner is nice but she does not keep up with the center as she should. She is a dr but she is not connected with center. Rbts are a revolving door and they are not being properly trained. I actually felt like it was a babysitting center. New families usually don't know what to look for but this is not a good place to put your ASD kiddo. My kid actually regressed and I pulled him out. The biggest downfall is the BCBA, she is not knowledgeable and pretty lazy when it comes to programming. It always seemed like a bother when I asked about programming and data. Was never clear. True somewhere else if you are thinking about the DeSoto location. That place is NOT recommended.
