Catering experiences can vary greatly. What we experienced, from Adam Weinberger and his Double Diamond crew, were three great nights of well-prepared foods, served at the right termperature, plated thoughtfully, timed perfectly for the pace of each evening - and then cleaned up even to the extent of sanitizing our counters.
