He worked no more than 4 hours a day for almost for 5 days over a 2 1/2 week period. When he left on Friday he asked if we had a place to keep his tools ( and garbage) with the intent he would be here on Monday. Wrong. Today is Tuesday and he called the cops on us about his tools. Showed up with a smug look . He can tell you what you want to hear and then not perform. A huge 10000 mistake I ever made.

Royale Construction called us to some electrical work for them back in July of 2020. They never…read morepaid us and gave us excuses that they needed to get paid from their customer before they could pay us. Months went by and we never received any payments and now they don't even answer the phone or return our calls. I would not recommend this contractor and from the looks of other reviews, they do very shoddy work. If you are a sub-contractor and they call you to do some work for them - get the money up front or don't do the work at all. Hard to believe someone like this is in business.

Lygia in the office was awesome to talk to and helped us get going right away. Rick came out and gave us an estimate in under a day. We received an incentive from the city with the pipe being lead and S&S worked directly with them and handled everything from start to finish.
