Another company came out, took a $2500 deposit to order equipment then never came back. Mike from Dynamic came out on Wednesday after I called on Tuesday, he replaced a capacitor and the elevator was running like new. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need--in fact, recommended than I change the hydraulic fluid, and told me what to do if I wanted to do it myself. My wife and I have been stressed out for months trying to get this fixed. It was a great relief to have an honest and competent serviceman finally solve our problem.

I have paid all of the equipment cost as per contract, and as of today, 6/13/2026 I still have no elevator in my house. Current ops manager/owner Christopher Thomas doesn't pick up/return my calls. None of the number in their website works. There is no way to communicate with this company, and they have taken 90% of money to install the elevator haven't provided the services even 7 months after their installation date. Be careful of this company, not sure with how many customers they are treating like this?

Elevators are constantly out of service, and it's clear that this company is content to put band aids on the problem instead of fixing the root cause issue. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a company to service their elevators. Look elsewhere.
