Another company came out, took a $2500 deposit to order equipment then never came back. Mike from Dynamic came out on Wednesday after I called on Tuesday, he replaced a capacitor and the elevator was running like new. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need--in fact, recommended than I change the hydraulic fluid, and told me what to do if I wanted to do it myself. My wife and I have been stressed out for months trying to get this fixed. It was a great relief to have an honest and competent serviceman finally solve our problem.

However, I am truly disappointed, that after years of maintaining a Service Agreement with Residential Elevator, I am informed they have discontinued renewing their Service Agreements. With an older elevator, I am now faced with higher service and parts cost whenever i need service. Again, I do not have an issue with their product or service technicians. I DO HAVE AN ISSUE, THAT AFTER PURCHASING THEIR PRODUCT, THEY CHANGE THE RULES AFTER MY EQUIPMENT IS AGED AND I AM FORCED TO ASSUME HIGHER ANTICIPATED COST TO MAINTAIN.
