When I saw someone dressed as Mr. Mime, I wanted to take a picture to show my wife since that's her favorite Pokémon. The lady with the curly hair at the front immediately said, "You should ask permission first," with a very rude attitude. Honestly, she had a nasty attitude the entire night for no reason. I've visited this place several times before, and the people who run the Yu-Gi-Oh! events and sell the cards have always been incredibly friendly and welcoming. This woman, however, was a terrible representation of the store. If it weren't for my friend, I honestly wouldn't come back.

The owner of the store personally came up to us, asked how we were doing, and even took the time to ask for our thoughts on the shop and any suggestions we might have. That meant a lot--feeling like my opinion genuinely mattered made the experience even better.
