Omg this place have amazing sales. They have a lot of cute office and home stuff. They are closed on Sundays. They have some religious items in there. I would totally go back and shop here

This is the greatest art supply store around. My daughter is a college art major and this store has everything she needs. They stock the supplies professional artists need as well as more casual arts and crafts. No matter what you like to create you can find the right supplies here. You can find yarn, material, beads, paint and brushes, canvas, clay, cake decorating tools, and just about anything else you can think of to create your masterpiece. You can start a project from scratch or purchase a ready made kit. The options are endless. In addition to art supplies they have beautiful seasonal home decorations. Right now you can purchase items from Halloween through Christmas. The displays they set up in the middle of the aisles are eye candy. Besides the holiday items they have all kinds of every day decor. Candles, frames, floral, pictures, and various knickknacks are just some of the items you can decorate your home with. if you need a birthday or hostess gift this is the place to go. They truly have something for everyone. Other items you can purchase include party decorations, picture frames, baskets, and and even small furniture. If you can create with it or decorate with it chances are they have what you are looking for. They even offer custom framing. There are a few important things to note. They are a Christian company so they are closed every Sunday all day. If you visit their website you can find a 40% coupon of any one item. You can just show the person checking you out the coupon code on your phone. Most items have a sale going on anywhere from 30 -50% off making the items affordable. I have found Hobby Lobby to have the best stocked selection of artist supplies out of all of the area art stores. In addition they can carry a lot of unique home decor items that you won't see anywhere else. This is a fun store to browse as well as shop.

I don't have hobbies like crafts, arts, painting, decoration etc. Seriously stores like this annoy me and then my face becomes green like a sour apple if I'm forced into this kind of crap... Ok I'll behave now and get to the point. For my Brother in law's wedding dinner somehow I got involved helping with the whole process. I had no clue where to get most of the decoration stuff for the center pieces etc. I got a few things from online options but with flowers, candle holders etc I wanted things to buy in person. One of my co workers mentioned this place how they had a ton of variety on decoration stuff. The thing I loved most about Hobby Lobby was that they have 5 aisles of fake flowers with a ton of variety. I ended up getting fake flowers for the cake and center pieces as well as candle holders, mirrors for the middle etc. The employees were helpful in telling me where everything was located. The store is big and offers classes as well such as sewing etc. I might start a hobby and you might find me in this store all the time. Ya right... However, I would consider buying more things from them for future parties. Their coupon they usually have is 40 percent off of one regular priced item, wish they would decrease the percentage and give discount on multiple items. Things add up, I think I bought over 30-40 items when I went to this store, overall a painless and quick shopping experience.~

Never been to a Hobby Lobby before. All I have to say is that it is overwhelming! I am used to Joann's having mostly fabrics, and Michael's having mostly crafts, but this place has it all! Crafts, fabrics, home decor... even furniture! The store is huge. It's a workout to walk the whole place. Don't come in here without a fitbit. The veredict: it's a little too much for me. Too many isles, too many things, You would think this is a good thing, but not to me. I like more concentrated specialty stores. What do I mean by this? Joann's Fabrics for example has a wide selection of fabrics, while Hobby Lobby carries fabric, but the selection isn't good. I don't know this to be the case in every department, and I didn't walk the whole huge store to find out, but it seems to me some departments carry wider selections than others. On the plus side, It is in a shopping center with many other shops, including Lucky's market. I may be back if I need something I can't find at the other crafts stores, or if I feel like a workout, but as of now, this isn't the place for me. Great store though.

This is an OK hobby shop. Plenty of cool supplies and entertaining hobbies are available for someone looking for a quick activity, or someone who is major into crafts. They even have an extensive model rocket section however rockets aren't allowed in this county except for once a month with a certain club. Regardless, overall the store is very nicely laid out. It's huge and in no time I found myself looking at things I'm usually not interested in just because most of the things available is fun. It's very clean, and what little interactive I had with customer service was pleasant. One personal turn off, and it's just my opinion, is it gives the appearance of being too pushy on religion. I don't judge or preach or try to push my religion, and what other people want to do is fine by me. It seemed almost 1/4 of the store was a little pushy towards it, and although it may appeal to some people it gave a weird vibe to me and I can understand why other people may not prefer that. But I had a good experience, bought some cool stuff, and I'll be back!

I have to admit I really enjoy visiting this place. My experience / suggestions: - always kind and helpful staff - the store is very clean and well organized - Mega store chock full of everything you need for household knickknack & bric-a-brac, seasonal and holiday decorations, arts & crafts and more. - For your first visit, I recommend at least a good hour minimum to learn the lay of the land for what the store has to offer. The cost: - Though this store touts mark-downs and savings galore, it seems that the mark down price is what the item should be to begin with. It appears inflated pricing with the reduced prices at what it should be. - So are there deals? I'm guessing so, but not on everything. So do your research first for big ticket items. This place is definitely worth the stroll to get some redecorating or housewarming gift ideas.

The newest business addition to Coral Springs is a 45,000 sq. ft. ~ Hobby Lobby ~ (The Grand Opening was 10/20/14) ~ Do not let their name full you for this is a fully stocked "craft store" from everything thing from A - Z. ~ It is a bit overwhelming when you walk in but their staff warmly greets you and helps you to the area that you need to go too or just let's you browse the store at your convenience. A nice attribute was that they gave us a floor plan of the store (see photo) so we could get your bearings and maneuver throughout the maze of great items. ~ A definite place to go to browse if you are in the area ~ Remember that they are not open Sundays. ~ Cheers! ~

I was on my way to the new Nordic Bake Shop, another must visit when I spotted their sign that said vintage, one of my loves. Walking into the store is like stepping into a museum except you can buy anything. Amazing treasures await around every corner. They carry furniture, art, sculpture, clothes, and accessories. The jewelry made me salivate. After talking with the owner Karen for awhile I was persuaded to try some silver rings on and of course I ended up with two of them. I have been wearing the heart shaped one every day since my visit. I asked Karen what the oldest piece in the store was and she was a wooden cabinet from France dated 1730 that comes with a ghost! The owner Karen is a sweetheart. I had the best chat with her. She will buy your old jewelry and gold. The jewelry collection here has so many interesting pieces, I really had to hold myself back. When you are looking for that special something that no one else has, pay them a visit.

The seedy plaza is almost entirely empty and looks quite run down with lots of open places for rent. And it's no where near other similar stores or shops, either. Inside is like coming into a hidden treasure trove. Lots and lots of very interesting items to look at of all sorts. Of course, with today's current super high gold prices, the high end jewelry is (high) priced accordingly. There's a lot of Asian pieces of jade, snuff bottles, and the like. Many display cases are dazzlingly full of shiny baubles and beads. Even the costume jewelry is ogle worthy. In the back of the store are the minks -- stoles, jackets, and full coats plus a separate rack of other types of fur outerwear. You may recognize your mom's or grandmother's or great aunt's stuff here. Then there are the fancy dresses -- with beads or spangles or rhinestones, etc. And there's accessories as well... I'm sure a store like this would be packed with customers on Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale or say Worth Avenue in Palm Beach. Of course, there, the rent would be astronomically higher. This is the kind of place great for browsing and if your pocketbook will allow, a great place to treat yourself to a special birthday or anniversary gift.

I found a gorgeous one and, yes, it was pricey, but sizable, a little bigger than I was looking for, so I took a few photos and looked at other options. I didn't feel pressured, and no one hounds you in the store, which I appreciate. It is a bit crowded, like I said, it is a small store, but it is neat.
