Besides the vast selection and array of items to choose from the staff is super friendly and always willing to help you locate items and optimize deals. The prices are decent and there are many ways to save. There is a rewards club available for sign up at the store, there are always special offers happening and the clearance is the best. You can even order on the website and purchase items for pick up or delivery. If you like home decor then this is your place!

Now if you compare this store to the location in Utica you might be a little disappointed as It's not as flashy, nor is it as well kept. In the back of the store they have quite a few aisles that are just bare, and I can't tell if just slow business or just major renovations. Either way, not the best look. The good news is that there are plenty of great furniture and décor to choose from, and often-ample deals you'll spot while browsing. Since Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas are all right around the corner, they've already put out a ton of decorations and items all around the store. Of course, they have their usual furniture, wall décor, rugs, kitchen supplies, bedding, etc... As most home décor, stores have. This go around I picked up a few fake plant pieces, a few towels, a new shower curtain, and a few candles. I think if you can really dedicate some time and you can really find some good stuff, but the store itself is really somewhat cluttered. They seem to be a little understaffed, but the employees have always been kind to me so I don't have any tragic customer service stories. I'll stop by again soon to see what I can find, but someone needs to really get in here and do some cleaning/organizing.

Following the recent passing of my mother, I traveled from Illinois to Michigan to prepare her home for sale. As part of that process, I purchased paint for the project and simply overestimated what I needed. I attempted to return one unopened gallon of unused paint that was just 5 days beyond the 30-day return window. The cashier suggested I speak with the Paint Department supervisor (Sean, I believe), who immediately and professionally said he would take care of it. Unfortunately, once the Store Manager got involved, the entire tone changed. Rather than demonstrating discretion, empathy, or customer-focused judgment, the manager rigidly hid behind policy, citing that the paint was tinted, purchased at another Lowe's location, and slightly beyond the return window. What was most disappointing wasn't the denial itself--it was the complete lack of thoughtful consideration for the circumstances. As a longtime customer, I understand policies matter. But great customer service also requires leadership, judgment, and occasional flexibility. The Paint Department supervisor represented Lowe's well. The Store Manager did not.

After numerous visits to the store, calls and even contacting corporate we finally got our door delivered January 2026. No customer should have to go through what we did. It was a simple order but due to mishandling and incorrect information provided it cost us time and money( canceling trades/ change order fees etc. ) our addition is over a month behind due to the domino effect of the doors not being reordered in a timely manner.( When ordering the doors initially we gave a two week buffer past delivery date and that wasn't enough time to solve this)The customer service was awful and corporate was worse. Since then we have gone elsewhere for our construction needs and have had no problems with Lowe's competitors.

The minute we brought it home the end piece that has a recliner that is powered by electrical components was not working. After several attempts between the service department and speaking with the managers at the store, it is now June and we still do not have this repaired. Today I attempted to go to the store personally and get some kind of credit on my account seeing how it has been four months and we still have a sectional that does not function. I was told by the manager that they are still waiting on parts and that she would "get us taken care of." but would not offer us any credit on our account, even though it has been four months with a piece of furniture that does not function. Needless to say, I will never purchase anything from ABC warehouse in the future. If this is how they treat and "take care of their customers."
