I just came to make an Amazon return and the first employee just ignored me when I asked where to…read morego because I didn't see a sign and the second just told me to go to the returns. waited in line there for 20ish minutes and then the lady at that desk just said Amazon returns are in the back and called the next person. THEN the Amazon return line in down the aisle ( not surprised at that). I was there for an hour for one return and the only person that was remotely kind was the woman working Amazon returns. I will not be back to buy or return.
