I've shopped here for several years and received great customer service. They offer a pretty decent selection of women's clothing and jackets. I've also stopped to return a few Amazon packages and offer a $5.00 store coupon attached with your return receipt. All great experiences so far. read more

I just came to make an Amazon return and the first employee just ignored me when I asked where to go because I didn't see a sign and the second just told me to go to the returns. waited in line there for 20ish minutes and then the lady at that desk just said Amazon returns are in the back and called the next person. THEN the Amazon return line in down the aisle ( not surprised at that). I was there for an hour for one return and the only person that was remotely kind was the woman working Amazon returns. I will not be back to buy or return. read more

It's so convenient to have the option to drop off Amazon returns at Kohls. I also like the Kohl's pickup process here: checking in through the mobile app and then finding my order in the bins. It's more efficient. When I've had items to return, the customer service counter employees are so friendly. There is a bit of a wait at times, but their friendliness makes up for it. There is ample parking and it's on the other side of the marketplace from where the Walmart is, so it's less busy with traffic, which is nice. read more

As a US Army Veteran, I am shocked at how badly the customer service desk treated me on Veterans Day, 11/11/23. They asked to help the person behind me as I was waiting in line. After some back-and-forth about hey I was next, no big deal, I walked out quietly and I will never shop at Kohl's ever again, and I'm going to post on social media everywhere I can find to warn people how poorly customer service treats you at Kohl's. I can spend my money anywhere. Amazon.com treats me better!!! They need a zero star option on Yelp. read more

I have found the management in this store are unhelpful and rude. If prices are miss marked, they don't want to bother with an inquiry. The manager lied to me by claiming they don't look up receipts but the carmel store admitted they do. This is just one example of the laziness of management at kohls in noblesville. Kohls technology is very out of date which is why their glitches created a problem for my return. No apology for my time wasted. The only time I'll go to kohls is to return Amazon items. Even then, they have messed up on that. You have to make sure they send back what you drop off. read more

This Kohl's is so unorganized. There is clothing everywhere. Things hung up in the wrong place. Clothing out of stock in certain sizes. Baby department is dismal. Nothing very special to look for. Associates are scarce and hard to find. Good luck finding someone to help you with anything. read more

Kohl's is one of my favorite places to shop. They offer s great selection of clothes and home goods. I mostly shop there for clothes because I know they have an awesome variety. I also appreciate the big and tall sizes and selections. The prices are really affordable, and the clearance racks are always a steal. read more

I have to say Katrina was so very helpful to me tonight. I was not even able to come into the store however she helped me locate some blue ball pint jars! As a guy, is it OK that I really like Kohl's? I don't require a lot on the fashion side and they fit the bill for anything I need business casual, golfing related, shoes, even pillows. Pretty good store. They reorganized their women's section which helps with being able to find specific brands. If you're looking to by Lauren Conrad collection items you'll have better luck online. read more

Extremely disappointed in this kohls location. I placed a pair of gold hoop earrings on hold yesterday. When I went into the store today to purchase them they had lost the hoop earrings and were so unorganized that they could not find them anywhere. Would not look for jewelry here again. read more

So sad, I keep trying to shop here, but it is so messy you can't find a thing! Inventory piled up in dressing rooms, waiting to be displayed, clutter everywhere. You can't find anything because it's such a mess, line to reach the check out is crazy long, no one helping in any depts. Just hope you don't need to make a return. If you don't have a receipt, expect to get 10-70% of what you paid, if you can return it at all. And if you used "Kohls cash" and then return the item, you fofeit the kohl's cash. It will not be refunded. I have had this happen so many times. Also, the "regular prices" are grossly inflated before they are marked down. I've purchased items for 70% off and then saw the same item with a cheaper regular price on Amazon. The quality of the clothes is poor and customer service is a zero. I will never shop at any Kohl's again. read more

I will never understand why they have the clearance in the women's department. It is a horrible mess every time I go to this store. Do you know that the majority of women are a size 14 or larger? So why isn't this department organized and clean? You are losing a lot of business because no one can find anything in this mess. I avoid this store and it is close to me. I love Kohl's, except this store! It is always a mess and have to sift through piles of clothes. I actually saw a customer be discriminated against, because of their skin color by an employee. The dressing rooms are always full of clothes, and my items are always rang up wrong. I'll go to a different store. read more

Great customer service! On two separate occasions, Kohl's Noblesville representative Mary Jane went above and beyond to assist my 84 year old mother to locate the perfect lingerie. And then the next day over the phone, this same representative helped us find a purse that was on clearance we had purchased for my mother and my sister wanted one like it. There didn't appear to be any more in inventory, but Mary Jane took the time to locate one for my sister. Now THAT is what I call great customer service! Hard to find in today's world. I want to say Ruthie was rude, I told her I didn't need the box because it was torn and she still proceeded to put the boots in the box again I stated I didn't want the box, she stated I was supposed to take it. Then when I told her I had a $10 reward, she stated I needed a barcode, so I am thinking itsy rewards card, but it wasn't, she didn't say it was in my email. I made a suggestion that they should link the card with the reward, but she told me that wasn't her business and didn't suggest where I could make it. Rude read more

I love to shop at Kohls but this is the worse one I have ever been to!! Their customer service is not as good as most (I have actually complained in the store about how rude my cashier was) and the dressing rooms are always a MESS!! So many clothes everywhere even on the floor!!! I always avoid this one!!! read more
