This Home Goods isn't quite as large as some of the others I've been in, they have a TON of everything on every aisle and your shopping cart can barely fit, much less multiple people- ALL THAT SAID, you're nearly SURE to find what you're looking for or something close to it here. Beware of their dishes, the glaze on a lot of the white ones causes gray scratches when used with silverware. I was on the hunt for one EXACT candle, and they had it. I couldn't believe I found it. I also got some fantastic marble pieces and a few other candles. With some of these prices, you'll make out like a bandit. The girl at the cash register was the most darling thing I've ever met at closing time on a Saturday night. I appreciated her courtesy and friendly banter more than 99% of people who would have acted like we were bringing the plague with us. To Home Goods management, corporate leadership. Your layout of your stores condensed uncluttered is ridiculous. Especially on days like today where it's busy. You can't get ttwo shopping carts side by side in 90% of your store. Looks like you're trying to cram a closet's worth of junk into a shoebox. Maybe try a little less 'stuff' and a little more space. Same issue as Ross, and Tj Maxx. For being a big retail store that's been around for a bit this is poor planing. Maybe if you rearrange the layout of your shelving. I get that every square foot is prime real-estate but Customer Experience is just as important. Customer service was good, good selection of stuff and prices are ok. read more

I have never been treated so horribly at Homegoods before. I am at the register the this older lady in a blue top is going to check me out but she walks away does not say one word to me. Then she finally comes back. No hello. No asking if I want to open a card. I have one item she doesn't ask how I am paying. I do my card she hands me my receipt and barely manages to get out a have a nice day and she is looking somewhere else. So I tell her oh so you can acknowledge me and I walk away and she yells out HAVE A GOOD DAY then starts laughing and talking to the younger girl next to her. She hand no name tag on so I don't know who she was but I am so disappointed to be treated like I'm not worth even being acknowledged in a store I love and go to have a good time shopping. read more

The is a huge, beautiful new store with lots of great merchandise! Since it's Springtime there was adorable seasonal items for Easter. Great door wreaths and home decor in all departments. I was so busy shopping that I forgot to take any pictures inside! I like how they always have one line and then the next available cashier calls you forward to the register. I really enjoy shopping at this location. Store is easy to move around with wider aisles than other locations. Full of great treasures, finds & unique home decor. Love the towel & bath selections. I am obsessed with finding great smelling bathroom hand soaps. Found so many pretty packaged ones I can easily refill. I usually find new kitchen utensils, cutting board & coffees. Great furniture & rug prices, if you keep checking back you will find what you are looking for. Best selection & prices on nice wine glasses with thicker glass which last longer. every time I come into this store right up front through most of the store it smells like B.O. (body odor) bad odor!!!! Just got back from Home Goods in Prosper and I was so impressed! I love that the displays and merchandise are just as great, if not better, as their sister stores in bigger cities. I guess what made this visit my favorite was I was buying things for Easter baskets and a very sweet worker asked if I was finding everything I needed (hello! I need it ALL-haha) and I asked for some guidance to buy for girls and she was so helpful in making suggestions that I ended up staying longer and wanting to get more. I think her name was Clemencia....very friendly...great rep for HG. Girls at checkout were sweet too! It's my new favorite store! read more

I've been shopping at HomeGoods for many years and tonight's visit was probably the most comical and disappointing. I really think this store needs to send their managers to HomeGoods Management school. I found a really nice Xmas piece that I wanted to purchase. It did not have a price tag. So I decided I'd put it in my cart and get it priced at the register. All of a sudden a lady stops me and says oh that's so beautiful it seeks for over 400 at Neiman Marcus... I said I wonder how much it is here because it doesn't have a tag. She said oh it's X amount of dollars. My jaw dropped... she said do you want me to tag it for you. I said well how do you know there is no tag and nothing else like it in the store. And again she said I know the brand it sells for over 400 and Neiman Marcus... I went up to the register and apparently she had already advised all the cashiers to sell it to me for X amount of dollars. Oh and seems like they were talking about me behind the counter. Like ladies ladies I am not trying to steal from your paycheck... look at my cart there is tons of stuff... anyway when I asked the girl to price it she just said X dollars with an attitude! I said well where did you look it up how does the store price items. She replied I don't know my manager just knows. I was left dumbfounded. Makes me think that this manager is just pricing items as she sees appropriate. I looked up a item on the Neimans website and yeah their is one for over 400 that was twice the size with pearls and more detail... @HomeGoods really check your staff... seems like they are making a flea market out of this store... read more
