I had a hair appt in the center and arrived early so I wandered the area and spotted it! I bought a Christmas item and had to rush to my appointment. I'm returning to buy MUCH more. Within 10-12 minutes, I received a call back from AFS stating they missed a call from my number and wanted to know if they could help me. Ginger was extremely helpful and friendly. She repeated my order details, offered suggestions, and made my order very easy. I don't have photos of my flower order and chances are I will not see what the order looks like as I am not attending the funeral myself, but with customer service this good, I am sure the follow through is great too. I was on the phone to place my order for less than 5 minutes. Being at work, I appreciate this speed so I can get back to my other tasks. Ginger, thank you for your professionalism. The workers were very nice but staff just seemed very unorganized. Really wanted to support them but was a bit frustrated. Wouldn't you know it - almost 3PM, nothing delivered and no peep from Edible Arrangements. Upon calling, I was told: *They have over 300 orders out and that they was unaware of the delivery request. I mentioned the website has a field for it, and I populated the information on the website. I was then told, I should have called as they wouldn't know. *That they deliver up until 9PM - that's great if it's going to a home location or a business opened that late - doesn't apply here. *The order number provided on the website, and the e-mail confirmation are not the same order numbers apparently used in the store. Only the last 4 digits. This experience demonstrates a significant disconnect between your online ordering system and your delivery operations at the stores performing the work. The lack of communication and disregard for customer instructions are unacceptable, especially for a special occasion like Valentine's Day. Won't be using them ever again and suggest you don't either.
