Sent her a late afternoon email telling her I had called store on my own at least 3 times. Each time I was told that either the person I was talking to would talk to the manager and call me back. I received ZERO responses. Called twice more. First time I was told manager was in a meeting and they would have him call me back when out of meeting. I waited half-an-hour before calling back. This time nobody answered despite store not closing for another45 minutes. As a result of me updating Leah via email, she called me back immediately and told me she was going to call Seymour and, after speaking with him, would get back to me one way or the other. S.he was very apologetic. I am still waiting to hear from her. I read an earlier review which gave you a 10 of 10. To me, that is a joke. From me you get a zero out of 10. I gave up my whole afternoon and matters still remain unsolved. Never will I recommend your store to ANYONE nor shop there ever again! An overall poor display of behaviour!

Their cup supplies were not very well organized and it took some time to find it. We went through the grocery section and noticed that the prices are basically grocery store prices. There is no wholesale. If someone was looking for much larger sizes of things for a restaurant, they could certainly find it there. However, I found it expensive they have fresh produce which could be purchased more cheaply at Costco at the cash register. We were asked if we would use our PC optimum card and that's when we realized this is a grocery store with some restaurant supplies, one of the big things that should have triggered that thought was that there's no membership required. In terms of the staff, I found people very friendly, and the location is quite good. If I were just reading the staff, they would get a five star.

I placed an order on May 17, 2025 and was promptly sent an email asking for an etransfer. I bought a $10 item and was charged $23.10 for expedited shipping. I was told it was a busy time for them and that my order may be delayed. It is June 15, 2025 - 4 weeks later - and I have not heard a thing nor received my order. I have reached out to CountrySense via e-mail four (4) times and via FB Messenger once. I have tried to telephone but neither of the locations answers the phones - they seem to be out of service. I have requested that my order be cancelled and that I be refunded - twice. I have not received a message back. Save yourself the grief and don't bother ordering from this company. I cannot speak for their walk-in sales service but would never recommend the on-line order route from this shop.
