A Life-Saver for Our Family…read more We are so grateful for Spire Med and the excellent service they provided when we needed medical equipment for my grandfather after he came home from an assisted living facility. We were in a bit of a rush to get everything set up, and they made the entire process so much easier than we expected. We rented a hospital bed, a walker, and a shower chair, and the equipment was delivered right to our door with no issues. The delivery team was friendly, efficient, and made sure everything was set up and ready to go before leaving. They even took the time to show us how everything worked, which really put our minds at ease. What stood out the most to us was the customer service. From the moment we called, everyone we spoke with was understanding and patient, especially when we had questions about what would work best for Grandpa. They made sure we had exactly what we needed for his comfort and safety, and we felt like they truly cared about his well-being. I can't recommend Spire Med enough. I have tried the EARGO product which worked well for about a year, but after numerous failures made them unreliable and the warranty was only good for a year. I then went w/o any hearing aids for a year which was terrible for me in restaurants & yes one on one conversations. I heard about Connect Hearing. I contacted them and spoke to Heather Porter. Making an appointment was a pleasure and easy. Heather has a friendly demeanor which made arrangements easy and set the tone that I was going to deal with professionals. This opinion was reinforced in person. Doug Kuenning, Hearing Aid Specialist, gave me a very thorough hearing test which confirmed what I already knew from previous tests. My hearing was bad in the speech range and it wasn't getting better over the years. Doug asked me specific questions about my hearing history and checked the inside of my ear. Doug went over the hearing test with me explaining why I was having trouble in various situations. Doug is a serious and meticulous hearing profeswhen it comes to discussing hearing loss and as he wears them too. His knowledge is pretty amazing and you are put at ease when he speaks. He enjoys probing his clients to get us to explain our hearing experience. FYI I was having trouble especially in crowded rooms or even hearing my grandson in the back of my car. Sometimes I had to pull over to turn around and talk to him. After some additional conversations Doug recommended a behind the ear (BTE) device. I am a bit vain but Doug reviewed the device and showed me how well it is hidden (he had a mirror) so I was offered a free trial for a week which turned out to be a bit longer but this was no issue and no obligation. He explained how this specific model would apply to my hearing problems. Well I went on vacation and returned to Connect Hearing after 10 days. Doug's recommendation made my vacation in the mountains significant better. I could hear my wife during the airline trip, hearing the waiter/waitress in restaurants was easy, I could hear birds & streams on our hikes and most importantly I can hear my grandkids speak in the car. I will wrap this review up thanking Doug for his expertise and Heather for her hospitality. I now own my aids for about 3 months and I am thrilled and my family is too. I have returned to Doug twice more and as hearing adjustments should be made over a period of time as my experience allows Doug to make very small computer adjustments to provide me with the best hearing. One question remains, why didn't I work with Connect Hearing years ago? Thank you Doug, Heather & Connect Hearing. I love my new life. February 2020 I stopped by to ask a few questions and Heather helped me out. Heather is always helpful to her clients and I bought my aids 18 months ago. I got my hearing aids cleaned, received a few tips on cleaning and picked up more batteries. This is a great company and they provide ongoing great custody service. Thank you Connect Hearing!

Second, the ramp was installed but not safe for me or my client to use. Someone could've tripped on it, and/or my client could've fallen off the side of the ramp that wasn't secured. They would not make it safe for my client. Instead, they removed it. I asked them for her $1000.00 deposit back, and they refused to refund her. Please do not use this company. Vendors are all pretty much the same (and it's hilarious some of the faces are familiar and seen at estate sale hunts) 3. Love how they attempt a theme and have added old school cars to the mix! 4. The vendors are not the nicest... they don't budge and are not willing to negotiate (I mean that's the fun of flea markets!) 5. Kind of pricey. Pretty much all antique and used items. A couple of vendors sell new but very "made in China" items 6. Products are often repeated aka the same 7. It's not huge... you could probably walk the entire thing in less than 30 minutes Would I come back? I just love estate sales, rummage sales, flea markets, etc. It's great to walk around especially when you don't have the mindset of "must have to buy"

For summer break we decided to start the day here and find lunch close by. It was much larger and busier than it was in Winter. The great thing is free parking and free admission, the walk from parking to the fleamarket is very close. If you want to sell here the pricing per spot is low and you can pull in easily with your car. I believe each spot is $20 and this fleamarket happens the 2nd Saturday of every month. They do a good job of attracting vendors with that sell newer items in bulk, more classic garage style bring your old junk, plants, antiques, and some food trucks. The coolest thing we did was probably the train ride that goes through the fleamarket and car show. The car show area did smell like something peope like to smoke though :) It does get hot later in the day in Summer so best to come early. We ended up leaving with some nice snacks and old books for the kids.

He even made a special accommodation so I could get them on a closed day! That's SERVICE! Upon pick up, ready as requested, in a vase and as vibrant and beautiful as you would want them to be! When I first came into the office, I was honestly a mess dealing with double vision, blurry vision and just not being able to see properly at all. I had already seen other doctors who never really got to the bottom of it which was frustrating and a little discouraging. But Dr. Kim was completely different. She really takes her time. I never once felt rushed during any of my visits. She listened carefully to everything I said, asked thoughtful questions and ran multiple tests to really understand what was going on, not just patch things up. On top of that, she's just a genuinely kind and personable doctor which makes the whole experience so much easier and more comfortable. After multiple visits now, I can honestly say she's one of my favorite doctors I've ever had. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone especially if you're struggling with getting the right prescription for contacts or glasses or if you're dealing with vision issues that aren't straightforward and need someone who will really dig in and figure it out.
