I'm detailing my situation as Dr Callewart and his PA Joe not only saved me from pending paralysis due to Cauda Equina that was missed by several other providers, but also went to great lengths to comfort me during a time of great duress (even ensuring my post-operative medications were breastfeeding-friendly!) Immediately following surgery, Dr Callewart took the time to call my deployed husband to ensure him all went well and to thank him for his service- THAT is going above and beyond! I need not mention his level of skill and expertise as I am 2.5 months post-operative and walking freely as before! Front desk staff looks like they hate their job. Welcome was not friendly or inviting. I had to ask questions if I owed anything? She was very curt and said no that's it. Not a welcoming front desk. I may not return to this place. I need a warm inviting place to have a pregnancy journey. Not to be made felt like I'm a burden on a heavy schedule.
