And if the patient needs to be transferred to another location or new rehabilitation facility, they will mistreat that patient everyday until the patient leaves. Our family decided the location and price was acceptable here and we were close to visit daily to be with them. This was in 2019. Of course with Covid came many challenges the FIL has dementia and MIL can barely get around but the care has been extremely helpful and above anything we could do on our own. We send staff come and go in hasn't been easy for them and the ones that remain are real hero's to us. We see them weekly and there has never been any issues to report, other family members visit different days we have camera installed and everything goes like clockwork for us. I am here this morning and I saw the negative rating and just wanted to make sure this wasn't the case for everyone. Watching someone decline in health is hard it's even harder to make the time and effort to do it yourself in a pandemic. We are grateful for the staff and Legend Oaks for the care of our Family.

The Harrison exceeded all my expectations - the reason being a handful of staff members. First off, when you walk in you'll likely meet Ms. Sherry - who is kind and helpful and makes you feel at ease immediately. Thank you for being so welcoming and assisting my family every day. Luis, PTA - thank you!! Luis worked with my grandmother daily getting her strength to be self sufficient at home and walking to and from her bedroom, etc. He was kind, encouraging and an absolute gift. Lauren, speech therapist - patient and encouraging, thank you for taking the time to work with my grandmother and endure my family asking tons of questions and visiting during therapy. Lastly, her nurse Arthur and CNA Elsa - thank you guys!! The care Elsa showed will never be forgotten and we are truly grateful. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the follow up during and after discharge - referrals for home health PT/OT was great but ordering equipment has been bumpy. Upon discharge we expected equipment or how to go about getting it and have yet to hear back from the company or our contact @ Harrison.

From intake, to the after hours RN who was so helpful to us during a concern about the surgical site. The physical therapists Chris and owner, Dusty were so knowledgeable with the stages of recovery. It is such a pleasure to see professionals who literally make such a huge impact for their patients. We brought her home that weekend and the loving and caring staff not only got her comfortable but more importantly, she had a series of falls the last few months before this hospital visit, so she had not walked for almost 8 months. She was started on some muscle strengthening exercises, given some tender love and care, and not only did she make it through the weekend, but she walked about a month later for the first time in a long time, and lived almost 7 months after receiving such initial devastating news.
