Placed an order on JAN 22 2026 for 4x non-powdercoated legs and was quoted 12-14wks. It's now JUN 1... Customer Support is completely ghosting on my status requests. Save yourself the trouble and avoid. Such a shame -- this outfit was incredible a decade ago.

Placed an order 10 weeks ago which they charged immediately. Followed up with them at 4 and 8…read moreweeks and received a "we'll look into it" response after several days with no further response. They overcharged on the city and state taxes and had a hefty shipping fee. I got tired of dealing with them and filed a dispute with my credit card. In 2019 I had placed an order and it was fulfilled right away, but things have changed and they are no longer reliable. Such a shame.
