I went to Ace as it is conveniently close by and even though the store is smaller than the usual home improvement store, I knew I would probably find what I needed. I did find it, but it was too small for the pipe I was joining to the wall trap (FYI - bathroom sink pipes are 1.25 inches whereas other pipes in your home are 1.5 inches). When I went back in a second time, I was able to get help from a few people who took the time to understand my problem and get me the correct gasket and slip nut for my wall trap and let me return the nut I had purchased. I appreciated that they were willing to open packaging to take out the products to make sure they would properly fit the pipe I had brought in for my project. In the end, I was able to attach my wall trap to the pipe in the wall, successfully join it to the P-trap and nothing under my sink is leaking! Thanks to the help of the Ace employees, I [finally] got this project done and have a new faucet in my bathroom.

Placed an order on JAN 22 2026 for 4x non-powdercoated legs and was quoted 12-14wks. It's now JUN 1... Customer Support is completely ghosting on my status requests. Save yourself the trouble and avoid. Such a shame -- this outfit was incredible a decade ago.

Placed an order 10 weeks ago which they charged immediately. Followed up with them at 4 and 8…read moreweeks and received a "we'll look into it" response after several days with no further response. They overcharged on the city and state taxes and had a hefty shipping fee. I got tired of dealing with them and filed a dispute with my credit card. In 2019 I had placed an order and it was fulfilled right away, but things have changed and they are no longer reliable. Such a shame.
