The tree was in the front yard, but that didn't make it easier to work around all my other plants. Looking at the stump the night of, you'd never known that a crew had been there earlier that day with the exception of the wood chips which helped my mulch. If the listing agent/property owner tells you that you don't need to involve another realtor in the contract talks...walk away. I trusted the Grisanti Commercial Realty Group to be honest and foreright when showing me the property...I WAS WRONG. So far it has cost me just over $5000. Today I had to file a written complaint with the Kentucky Association of Relators for multiple violations of their KAR Code of Ethics. Their agent failed to disclose numerous (14) hidden issues with the property and we are now involved in litigation. The landlord LEA, LLC has already settled, however the Grisanti Commercial Realty Group is slow walking the issues. They have hired two different law firms to dismiss the suit. On the other hand, they have also made two offers to settle, $250 and $700. Needless to say, I have not accepted. The bottom line is, if you are considering a commercial real estate company, my recommendation is to stay as far away from the Grisanti Commercial Realty Group as possible.

I contacted ProClaim Roofing and the representatives were very professional. They visited my house, assessed the damages, informed me of the insurance process and did not ask for any money up-front. (As a matter of fact, they did not ask for any money until after the work was completed, and satisfaction of the work was confirmed first!) ProClaim Roofing came to my home to assist with the repair process before the insurance company had even contacted me to schedule an adjuster to visit. They even secured protection on the roof to prevent any further damage until repairs were able to be made. The day that the insurance adjuster made their visit, the ProClaim Roofing team was on-site early and accompanied the insurance adjuster during visit to help evaluate the roof damages. The professional staff helped to familiarize the insurance adjuster with the repairs necessary. After the insurance claim quotation was made, the team was also able to identify additional items that were neglected in the original insurance quotation for the repairs. They contacted the insurance adjuster, and were able to successfully prevent future out-of-pocket costs, and immediately let me know of the changes. The day before the work began, an employee called me to verify that the proper preparations were made to start work the next day.
