He has the product set up in the showroom so you can check the quality top to bottom. He works with you to ensure you get what you want and provides information about options without trying to "sell" them. He provides a 3D rendering and itemized pricing for the project. He beat the prices we had from his competitors, and we believe he is selling a superior package. Jeff and his team were on time from the initial meeting through final installation. He was responsive to our needs, and very flexible to our schedule (read renovations don't always go as planned). We were also impressed by the doors we saw in the showroom. Unfortunately we had already contracted for the doors. And you should ask him about the Murphy Doors - something I've dreamed about since I was a kid. Installation was a breeze (for my wife and I) and our master closet looks great. The salesman Scott Moore promised installation in October/November which never happened. Then Andre promised December. That didn't happen either. Allie promised January installation. They came and worked two days and finished half and promised to come back Monday. They never showed up and never called. Finally they came back a MONTH later and finished in February 2025, FIVE MONTHS after we purchased. Chris, the installer, told me I would get an invoice but instead, Aaron had me sued ten days later. Aaron is a piece of work. Aaron yelled at me and when I asked to speak to his Supervisor, he said he didn't have one, yelled some more and hung up on me. No one ever answers the phone in the office. You have to leave message after message to get anyone to respond to you. We contacted our lawyer to answer their lawsuit. Basically they did such a LOUSY job that Aaron wanted to give us $250 to sign a non-disclosure agreement to forbid us to give reviews. WHAT? No way. The installers left debris everywhere and one window sill needed to be replaced and was not. Hopefully they come and fix that but this has been the WORST experience ever with a vendor. RUN AWAY from them please.

Then I called again and got this Shannon person on the phone. He asked for pictures of my screen in porch which I sent him. Then I waited and waited, no response. Then I called him again, once twice then he answered. This was a span of more than a week. When he finally answered he said he had just got home and would work on a quote for me. 3 or 4 days later, I got the quote. Discussed the price with my wife and called him back, also sent a text that we wanted to schedule the service. This was the second or third week. He sent me a text saying he'd call me that afternoon and set up a time. A few more days passed. I contacted another vendor for another quote since it appeared he was either really busy or not a very good Buisness person. Today, 3 weeks since this all started he sent me a text saying he was sorry for the delay. I sent him a reply telling him I had another company coming out to give me a quote and if it did not work out, I might call him back. Then he sends me the following text message, "Haha, You don't need to consider me if it doesn't work out. We are booked out quite far and I dont think we would be a good fit". He may do really great work, but with his response trying to make a joke (Haha). I would not even want him on my property. I would not recommend this person or his Screen Mobile East Louisville to do any kind of work. Give him one star is being generous.
