The other leg, a knee needed reconstruction. I could barely put weight a little on one leg when I got there. The Physical Therapy section of the care was excellent. Even when I could barely move the legs they had me getting my blood circulating with stretch bands in bed and lifts. I felt so inspired to heal. We worked so well together, my team who helped with all kinds of care, from clean ups, bathing, the meal plan, the medications and even some fun activities such as painting, word games, number games and searches. There were special events such as ethnic music and dance, an ice cream social, and birthday celebrations. Staff people, nurses and assistents were cheerful and helpful. Administration: top notch. I considered staying longer, but the care was so efficient at getting me back on my feet again that I got to leave two months early! I even went back to visit some of my friends-- both patients and staff, and felt welcome and almost like home! No wonder this place is always full to capacity with people lined up to get in! Thank you to every person who contributed to such a speedy recovery! They made sure that I got home safely, as well. 10/10 I highly recommend this facility!

She consistently went above and beyond her responsibilities, always making sure Dorothy was comfortable, cared for, and treated with dignity. What truly sets Gloria apart is that she doesn't just sit around waiting for something to do--she is always finding ways to help, whether it's keeping things tidy, anticipating needs, or simply spending meaningful time with Dorothy. It's obvious that she truly cares about the people she looks after, and that kind of dedication is rare. Our family is incredibly grateful for everything Gloria has done. She is hardworking, dependable, and has a heart of gold. She is an invaluable caregiver and absolutely deserves a raise and recognition for the outstanding work she does.

Instead, my sister had to call your agency to ask where the caregiver was. I did not call you and demand anything. I know no one heard the last person who showed up at 8 am because I spoke to my mom and she told me she did not hear the knock. When she went outside to check, the person was gone. It's disappointing that someone who is in the business of care taking would spend so much time and effort trying to spin your version of the story to try to make yourself look better instead of being more concerned with the fact that your employees went into the home of an elderly couple to watch tv and play on their phones instead of taking care of their charge.

From the moment we called Right at Home, in Yucaipa, California, we were treated with respect and concern. The care manager was able to meet with us right away to address our concerns for our family member's care and always makes herself available to accept our phone calls. We contracted for the service of a caregiver at three days per week and were so pleased, with the company, we increased our contract with Right at Home to have a caregiver six days per week. From the start, we were assigned a caregiver who perfectly matched our needs and our loved one accepted the caregiver immediately. We would highly recommend Right at Home.

I needed someone to be there a few days a week to help with hygiene care, meals, and errand running. All Right at Home staff that have helped cover mom's care have been great but her regular caregiver has built a wonderful relationship with my mom. My mom looks forward to her visits and I can see that her caregiver genuinely cares for my mom as well. All Right at Home staff are extremely responsive when I have questions and I truly value their services. They helped me navigate my mom's long-term care and assisted with my mom's evaluation for her services. I don't know what I would have done without them.

This is the worst place you could ever place your family member. The amount of times I have had to…read moresit down and have meetings with the only charge nurse of the entire facility and the coordinator. The lack of knowledge these staff have is unbelievable. My grandmother was NPO (nothing by mouth) and they were delivering her trays of food with the wrong name on them. She went into some sort of shock because her BP was so low, went completely unrecognizable. Ended up back in the hospital and was completely normal the next day. They made excuses as to why she was having convulsions so we thought it was normal. Come to find out she could've died and she was left like that for days. She was only sent to this facility for physical therapy and to gain independence so she could come back home. She declined significantly in the last month. Nadine trip to the hospital and she's back to her normal self. No one knew what meds she was on or when they were given. They just drug you up and move on to the next pt. Please save your family member the pain and suffering of this place. Absolutely horrible. "Nurses" I have been talking to has been reported to the state board. Absolutely disgusting place to even have open.

My mother was taken here after a severe case of psoriasis put her in the hospital. She dealt with…read morean infection and her skin sloughing off for over a month in the hospital then was sent here to get her strength back. From the beginning the nurses seemed to have no clue what was to be done with her. Her left arm was getting severely swollen bc she was unable to lift it and they never propped it up. It just dangled to her side in bed. On multiple occasions I and my moms best friend noticed a gross smell from my moms arm only to inspect it and see that it was oozing and that her hand, which was curled shut due to lack of strength, had obviously not been cleaned. I once spread my mom's fingers open and practically gagged at how gross the inside was. It ended up being some nursing students, not the staff, who cleaned it up. I had to buy my own wedge pillow to keep her arm elevated because the staff never put it up and it continued to swell. All of this was brought to their attention and acknowledged many times. Finally after being there for several weeks my mom's roommate (another patient!) called me to say my mom was acting weird and not doing well. She said she had been confused for a few days. I hadn't been in as I'd had a cold and I had to be the one to call the staff and ask what was happening. They told me they think maybe she had a uti or something and were considering sending her out to the hospital. By the time she got to the hospital she was in septic shock and her entire body was shutting down. She died an agonizing death at the age of 62. This SNF has no interest in their patients wellbeing and is everything that is despicable about the healthcare industry. We tried to move her several times but unfortunately she had an HMO and nowhere decent would take her. At the hospital the nurse who cared for her up until her death asked where she had been before being taken there and said he wanted to know because "she was pretty dirty. It looks like they hadn't cleaned her well in a while". She had bed sores all over her back side and was MRSA positive. We all had to wear head to toe gowns, gloves and masks while we were by her side in her final moments because she was put on isolation. I can't even begin to emphasize how far you should run from this place.

I arranged for nurse care 7-10 days before needing to leave the country on business. They waited until the very night before they were supposed to send nurses daily on two 3-hour shifts per day to tell that they could only find 1 nurse to do 1 shift on 1 of the 7 days. I was about to take my luggage out to the waiting shuttle driver at my house when I got a call from them. This caused a tremendous amount of hassle and I cannot take a chance on them again with the kind of professional work schedule that I have. As with Sahara Q. we've found the nurses themselves to be very nice (except for one), but that doesn't get the job done when you can't depend on their availability for a parent whose very life depends on quality care; not to mention the extreme inconvenience and disruption to my professional work by having to cancel a very important business trip that's part of our family's livelihood.
